Source coverage and remaining work

October 20, 2026. This records the extraction checkpoint, Wispr reconciliation and bounded Messages/Slack named-gap pass for WOB-86. The prior calibration coverage and next-batch coverage remain identifiable as earlier work; their retrieval and review counts are reused where applicable, rather than presented as fresh service checks. The Messages/Slack readback retains exact query endings, conversation windows, findings and unresolved claims.

Source family Actually interpreted for this checkpoint Retained or discovered, with limits
Prior calibration Venue structure/plan, four-record review, Bogart example, next batch and coverage, 51-entry queue, NocoDB feasibility and saved REST/surface research. Owner feedback retained verbatim with its source labels. Original files copied unchanged from the main checkout before new work. A saved organized interview is not a literal transcript.
Repo venue/event history Venue-sourcing map; registry; relevant event READMEs, venue/offer records, settlement and dispute records; partnership notes for Monarch, Bogart, Backyard, roof, Brunchin and studios. Event-specific source paths are in dataset.json. Historical contracts and technical claims are also supported by retained email and existing extracted owning records. This is interpretation of the linked records, not a fresh audit of every PDF, bank entry, media attachment or audience export. No attendance or profit re-analysis. Original contract binaries and financial reconciliations remain at their established homes.
Historical Gmail gap retrieval 38 relevant full threads, 315 message bodies interpreted for contacts, offer changes, production restrictions and outcomes. Raw payloads and convenience decoded text are retained in this directory. 40 threads fetched successfully in total: 38 relevant, one Peerspace promotion and one unrelated self-mail excluded from extraction. All 40 raw inputs are preserved. Nested quoted history, images and attachments were not independently counted as new corroboration or universally opened. This is the authorized mailbox, not other people’s mailboxes.
Brunchin Gmail Original 51 retained threads used for outbound routes, replies/failures and chronology. The convenience decode covers 49 threads/68 messages; focused Ainslie and Lavender originals supply the other retained conversations. Human replies/failures and venue-specific outreach content were interpreted; the common marketing template is not a new verified attendance/economics claim. Original October 19 snapshots were reused. Not a fresh all-mailbox reply refresh. Generic discovery and domain-search metadata do not establish that every historical thread has been reviewed.
Messages Reused the prior 283-message Brunchin retrieval and saved discovery pages. Continued generic venue and Ainslie to their actual ends; exhausted 16 chosen aliases. Retrieved seven bounded native histories with 421 rows, interpreted relevant venue passages and cited 28 distinct GUIDs. Tola/Petahjay resolves to Ivory; Lucky’s gains its Brooklyn website and hold chronology; the August 8 Dyckman proposal explicitly names The Hudson. 150 new search pages / 1,403 result slots overlap each other and the histories. Generic venue ends at offset 770; Ainslie at offset 10. All chosen alias endings report no more; no remaining chosen-query cursor. This is bounded query/window coverage, not account-wide completion. Native voice-note text was read; audio and unrelated attachments were not audited.
Slack Reused the eight exhausted generic venue pages and earlier four expanded threads. Thirteen targeted alias queries reached end, with 33 slots / 28 distinct primary timestamps. Four selected reads retain 41 message positions; six distinct messages and one directly inspected Ivory screenshot support new claims. Tola’s corrected contact is kept separate from the Faaji route. Archived #venues was found by broader channel discovery; all 19 returned messages reached end and contain no attachments. They supply no additional in-scope identity claim. Other selected reads contain 13 Tola-contact, five Hudson/location and four transport-thread messages, overlapping discovery. Self-DM digests remain discovery material. No broad contact/DM sweep or account-exhaustion claim.
Wispr Reused the prior full October 17 DL call; newly retrieved all 19 other meetings in the saved discovery set through 27 bounded get_meeting transcript ranges. Venue passages in 15 meetings add or resolve claims; four others were screened without promoting an additional venue fact. Source readback lists every meeting, date, modification time, continuation offset and interpretation limit. All 20 discovered meetings now have full transcript evidence retained, including the reused DL call; none remains metadata-only. Whole-conversation interpretation is not claimed for unrelated staffing/personal passages. The query is not an account-wide sweep, and audio/attachments were not audited.
Drive / public research / Contacts Reused supplied Unveiled deck extraction, original plan-page inspection evidence, published venue facts, and existing contact checks. Original 99-file Monarch Drive query is metadata only. Websites were not freshly refreshed. Unveiled video not newly watched; no general Drive or Contacts sweep.

The extraction includes all 51 provisional queue entries, with Stafford attached to Harbor rather than counted as a separate building. Additional records include previous booked venues, unanswered sourcing, studios, private listings, owner additions and unresolved historical leads. The 124 total (including the new unresolved Ding-a-ling prior-visit lead) therefore must not be described as 124 prior venue contacts.

Data interpretation limits

Evidence rows preserve date, speaker/audience and source status where the source supplies them. Contextual summaries are dated October 20 as extraction synthesis. Some lightweight owning-record summary rows have no individual fact date; those rows explicitly retain an unknown date and direct the reader to the source and detailed dated claims, rather than inventing a conversation date. Contacts and capacities are source-attributed claims, not renewed verification of employment, licensing or legal occupancy.

Where exact latest owner language was available, it is retained separately from worker synthesis. Original organized notes retain that label. A draft internal message to Flo is evidence of Toberton’s stated address/production understanding, not proof that the draft was sent. Automated self-DM digests are not promoted to literal owner statements.

Conflicts remain visible: DL’s floor/capacity and share gaps; BRC’s reported capacities; House legal occupancy versus a suggested guest list; Backyard’s venue/JA bar claims; historical gear lists versus what was actually present; and the boat call’s conflicting 6:30/5:30 sailing statements. The May 15 text now names the previously unnamed Dyckman proposal as The Hudson, while its speaker, booking and execution remain unverified. Operator branches, Lucky’s exact address/hold date and El Coco’s branch remain uncertain. Source values were not reconciled by inventing a new financial answer.

Next source work

Live-base blocker and handoff

The original extraction-only checkpoint had no importer; that limitation is dated history. The native schema and importer are now built and reviewed with actual Claude LSP, with 22 offline checks recorded in the importer review. The Wispr pass planned 990 records / 1,415 native links. The later source-only Messages/Slack pass reuses that implementation evidence and its authorized offline dry-run now plans 1,009 records / 1,481 native links. No importer or schema change was made.

The retained October 20 4:10 AM Eastern instance readback found Wobspace and the untouched Getting Started example, with no JA Venues base yet. It recorded zero imported JA venue records and zero API/native-UI readbacks. This source worker performed no fresh live-instance check or NocoDB/auth operation, so that earlier blocker is not a new claim about the coordinator’s current live progress. Connected schema creation, sample/rerun/manual-note preservation proof and bulk-import acceptance remain with the coordinator. Offline data consistency and source retrieval do not establish a working live base or Wob query interface.

Focused dataset integrity readback is recorded in validation. It checks the extraction’s internal consistency and local source routes; it does not verify live venue facts or NocoDB behavior.
