October 20 extraction checkpoint: the initial venue history extraction maps all 51 queue entries and adds linked historical venues, rooms, people, offers and evidence. It is an extracted draft with zero imported/read-back records; authenticated NocoDB schema and connected importer acceptance remain blocked. See its coverage for what was interpreted and what remains.
October 19, 2026. First calibration batch ready for review; broader extraction remains open. The four-record review covers Brooklyn Monarch, Lavender Room, Ainslie Brooklyn and Unveiled. The candidate queue has 51 provisional venue or relationship entries, with machine-readable discovery references.
This implements the approved extraction plan against the agreed field map. It does not create NocoDB tables, import records, contact venues or establish monitoring. The sample Markdown is the working extracted record for these four venues; import mapping comes after review.
Toberton approved with notes on October 19. The saved decision is the Plannotator record.
This is a private knowledge-extraction draft. It needs no new team task or outreach. Existing event records remain the owners of financial reconciliations and event decisions. Older source documents can contain superseded next steps; those are historical evidence, not instructions.
Searches were performed October 19, without a historical date cutoff unless noted. Exhausting one query does not exhaust the account. Counts across overlapping searches must not be added as unique venues.
| Source | What was covered | Remaining coverage |
|---|---|---|
| JA repo | Agreed venue map; brunch pool/reply records; Lavender call; Monarch negotiation, production and debrief/settlement records. Existing history supplies initial names. | Full older-event and partnership sweep, aliases and contracting changes still to reconcile. |
| Gmail, toberton@justanother.nyc | All pages of generic booking/venue-terms search: 28 threads; subject search: 23; exact “Brunchin w/ JA” search: 52. One self-only preview excluded. All 51 remaining brunch threads retrieved, grouped into 37 provisional venue names. | Retrieved is not the same as fully interpreted. Most brunch threads and generic historical inquiries still need venue-by-venue synthesis; new aliases/domains need expansion. Other people’s mailboxes were not searched. |
| Gmail, focused sample | Monarch domain query: 15 threads; 11-message JAM! terms/payment thread and 2-message October-date inquiry read. Lavender and Ainslie outreach threads read. Ainslie domain query: one thread. Unveiled query: one forwarded thread, including Rachel’s reply and inquiry. | Remaining Monarch threads, attachment reconciliation and other counterpart routes. Ainslie “no reply” is bounded to this mailbox search. |
| Messages | Lavender search: 12 results across both pages, with unrelated matches removed from retained second page. Unveiled search: 2 results, one relevant; surrounding direct exchange read. Brunch group: latest 200 messages read across two pages. Ainslie and generic venue searches: first 10 results each. | Older brunch group remains paginated, next cursor 811454490157835264. Ainslie and generic queries have more results. Other venue/person expansion is outstanding. No Instagram DM sweep performed. |
| Apple Contacts | James Gaskill’s direct phone checked. Lavender name lookup found no card. | Resolve other known names and useful direct routes. Empty name lookup does not establish no contact exists; Terry’s phone log was not inspected. |
| Wispr | Search “venue” returned 20 meetings with no further search page. October 17 DL call transcript read. | Other relevant meeting transcripts and broader query vocabulary remain. Search-result notes are discovery evidence, not equivalent to transcript review. DL and Delancey remain separate venues. |
| Slack | First 20 generic “venue” results; first 20 excluding #systems. October 17 shortlist message located. | Both searches remain partial; next page cursor Q1VSUkVOVF9QQUdFOjI=. Other names, channels and older discussions remain. |
| Drive | “Monarch” metadata query returned 99 files with no more pages. | Metadata only; this is neither a review of 99 venue sources nor a general Drive sweep. Follow relevant contracts/materials during each record’s extraction. |
| Materials / public facts | Unveiled’s 28-page supplied PDF extracted; floor-plan page 8 visually inspected. Existing saved public research reused for other sample fields. | Unveiled video attachment not watched. Public website/capacity facts were not freshly refreshed. No new broad web research performed. |
The discovery pass also found a substantive October 16 Monarch Rooftop ticketing restriction and an October 14 5th&Mad decline, plus final failures on individual OOO/Mama Taco email routes. These supersede older “awaiting reply” or “retrying” labels for those specific routes. Reconcile them in their full venue records before treating the queue as current pursuit management.
October 19 calibration: Toberton wants his saved feedback and quotes first, followed by a short throughline with useful additional information. The extraction plan holds the revised method. Monarch is the first revised example; the other three original samples still use the earlier synthesis format and remain drafts. The next batch is being adapted to this direction.
Continue pagination and candidate expansion; extract current conversations and past partners first, then lighter unanswered leads. Review every contextual summary in manageable batches. Resolve meaningful identity/term conflicts from existing sources before asking Toberton, bundling only the remaining consequential questions.
The phase is not complete until the bounded source sweep, extracted records, reviewed summaries and proposed import mapping are ready. No claim of working database queries is made here.
sources/ retains read evidence and query metadata. Gmail files contain original thread payloads; decoded text is a convenience copy, not a second independent source. Search hits and forwarded/quoted text must not be counted as independent corroboration. Message files with an excerpt property retain relevant content only; original retrieval metadata records pagination and original result counts. Unrelated personal conversation was removed from the Mudia and Unveiled source excerpts.
Source and link inspection support this documentation handoff. No application tests were run because this is extraction and review, not implementation. Temporary downloaded PDF and rendered floor-plan image are removed after inspection; the original attachment remains in Gmail. The sample’s Plannotator server is deliberately left running for Toberton’s review in the in-app browser.
