Extraction readback

October 20, 2026, 06:25:41 UTC. One focused inline Node readback checked the coherent extraction dataset after reconciliation. This checks internal extraction consistency; it is not a NocoDB import or live venue-fact test.

The readback passed with zero issues:

Earlier focused readback found four duplicated outbound-route evidence keys and one stale Stafford reference. Those were repaired before this final pass. The direct reconciliation read also corrected G Gallery’s $500 field to identify the disputed deposit already included in the $1,851.10 room price.

Exact source preservation was checked with byte comparisons for the three assigned standalone inputs and a recursive directory comparison excluding only the new initial-base/ directory. All matched the main checkout before the additive October 20 map link. No hashes or duplicate source manifest were introduced. The preserved NocoDB proposal’s two-line October 19 refinement is the original local edit, not a new schema claim.

No repository-wide suite, Python environment setup, Ruff, Pyright, LSP check, fake importer, API write or native-UI acceptance ran: no importer was implemented while actual schema/access were unavailable. Source/link/diff inspections support this documentation and data checkpoint. The follow-up must still prove rerun deduplication, updates preserving manual feedback and actual imported/read-back counts through the real application.

Wispr reconciliation pass · October 20, 2026, 4:50 AM Eastern

This is a separate data/source checkpoint after the original extraction above. The now-built importer/schema and its 22-check offline acceptance plus actual Claude LSP review are pre-existing evidence at base 6f7e564e9902381a2473059f2108e6a60c3661b0; they were not rerun for reading or data reconciliation. No Python, schema or importer change was made.

A focused inline Node readback at 4:50:41 AM Eastern passed with zero issues:

The existing importer’s .venv/bin/python scripts/venues/import_initial.py dry-run passed after the coherent data update and planned 990 records / 1,415 links, with 20,343 feedback UTF-8 bytes. An earlier pass during this change planned 989 / 1,410 before the final boat sailing-versus-promotional-time evidence was added; the 990 / 1,415 result supersedes it. No broad suite or fresh LSP run was triggered by this data-only pass.

The source readback records the 19 meeting IDs, actual local meeting dates, source modification dates, exact transcript requests and unresolved facts. All full transcripts in that discovery set are retained; venue-focused interpretation does not claim every unrelated passage was analyzed. Original feedback/source snapshots, owning event/task/meeting records and root-owned importer files were preserved. NocoDB import/API/UI readback remains 0 / 0 / 0; the coordinator still needs authenticated access and connected acceptance. No source mutation, outreach, auth operation, browser or server was started; the existing .venv remains as found.

Messages/Slack source pass · October 20, 2026, 5:22 AM Eastern

This checkpoint changes only source data and its readbacks from base 10b5d8c6cd7eb9b7cd20da0915f54fc18d086775. It adds the named-gap claims and corrects the reviewed boat/Resto citations described in the source readback. Earlier checkpoints above remain dated history; no new live-instance status was observed.

The focused inline Node check passed at 2026-10-20T09:22:11.427Z. Its receipt records:

The existing importer dry-run passed with 1,009 records / 1,481 links, using the coordinator checkout’s existing interpreter to run this checkout’s scripts/venues/import_initial.py dry-run. An intermediate venue-to-venue connection for the Hudson join was rejected because the existing native schema does not support those endpoints. That new connection was removed before the passing run; shared evidence and the historical-reference classification preserve the join through supported links. The importer/schema were not edited.

No broad suite, Python edit, environment setup, fresh LSP run, NocoDB/API/UI action or live import/readback ran. The prior importer/LSP evidence was reused for this data-only change. Original source snapshots and all pre-existing feedback objects remain unchanged; original transcripts, event/task/meeting records and other workers’ files were preserved. No browser, server, automation or outreach was started, and retrieval processes ended. All new source files are durable private-repo outputs.
