Wispr venue transcript readback

October 20, 2026 · WOB-86 · Draft extraction for owner review.

All 19 remaining meetings in the saved 20-result discovery set were retrieved through the supported mcp__wispr_flow__get_meeting tool, in 27 bounded transcript ranges. The previous full DL call was reused; it was not fetched or counted again. No transcript in this discovery set remains only metadata. This is authorized source retrieval, not proof that Wob can ingest Wispr unattended.

Each wispr-<name>.json preserves the exact returned response inside ranges[].response, alongside its actual request. structuredContent.transcript is the recorded transcript; content and summary are distinct generated notes. The matching -transcript.txt is a convenience decode that removes only tool framing and continuation notices, joins the exact successive bodies, and adds a final newline. It does not use the generated summary as speech. Dataset citations use its one-based inclusive line ranges; the JSON preserves the original continuation requests. Every initial range requested 0–40,000 characters, and every continuation used the precise offset returned by the preceding page until no truncation marker remained.

What changed

Resto Lounge’s narrow-floor tour belongs to James’s Hell’s Kitchen venue. The capacity recap calls it “smaller Saint,” but the morning naming explanation (lines 283–300) and separate James Jones/Megan contacts (137–148) establish the distinction from East Village SAINT. Speaker 3 stays unidentified even though other meetings have named Britt speakers. The transcript wording and automatic summary remain intact.

Resto’s reported 100–150 comfortable live guests, proposed 175 including staff, reported 200-ticket ceiling and prior crowded 400-person backyard anniversary have different scopes. SAINT’s 300–350 upstairs and 200 downstairs are reported layout estimates; 500 whole-venue tickets and 600 cumulative scans are planning ideas. None becomes certified occupancy. The SAINT tour account itself shifts between an upstairs event at 12–5 and areas available until 5/blocked from 6, so no exclusive all-day room promise is inferred. Britt’s relay of Megan’s usual minimum is source-supported: choosing transcript line 132 says “6 grand,” with Mike’s decision still pending in lines 128–132. Approximate $75 packages remain reported starting points. Resto’s tour was reported on October 17; its actual date is unstated. The owning October 15 James call reopens sourcing coordination after exclusion, not the venue business.

Ha-Weeda’s actual conversation is now established, including Arletta’s small-kitchen/pre-order constraint, venue screening concerns and a proposed visit. Toberton’s later location rejection remains his opinion. DL’s ranking, required F&B inclusion and incomplete share terms remain unaccepted; Britt’s friend’s dispute is explicitly secondhand. Lucky’s October 7 decision to skip a tour does not erase its later October 11 fallback/soft hold. Brooklyn Chop House and Lovejoy’s gain partner-reported history without a new identity or booking claim.

The historical boat advance identifies Star of the Hudson, a reported 250-person simultaneous upper-deck limit, two DJ setups, CDJ-3000 equipment and onboard food only. The existing signed 450-vessel limit is unchanged; bottle packages were requested without approval. The August 28 staffing call (lines 738–759) contains 6:30 and 5:30 departure statements plus a 6:00 question. It does not settle the actual sailing time or resolve it against the hypothetical guest wording. The October 16 team transcript does not supply boat departure evidence. Contract, advance and guest-facing time statements retain their dated scopes. The House gains the September 5 signing pause and a conflicting September 9 Speaker 1 contract/referral account; neither a signed booking nor a paid 6% charge is verified. “Selling room”/“Sullivan Room” capacity and gear talk stays ambiguous within the Flava context. A newly retained Ding-a-ling lead has an unresolved physical identity and an unidentified speaker’s equipment opinion.

The dataset adds 36 evidence rows, six spaces, two attributed contacts/connections, four reported/requested offer stages, four activities, one unresolved venue lead and its pursuit. Four new exact owner quotes use only lines labeled Tobi Ogunniyi. All 12 earlier feedback objects, including their text and quote bytes, remain unchanged. No current task, event record, original discovery source, importer or schema was edited.

Retrieved sources and interpretation depth

Dates below are Eastern time. Exact returned start/end/modification timestamps remain in the JSON. A full transcript retrieved is not a claim that every unrelated staffing, personal or ticket-marketing passage was analyzed. The five priority conversations plus the short boat and discount calls were read for their full venue discussion; the other full transcripts were screened across their bodies and relevant venue passages interpreted. Fifteen newly retrieved meetings support venue claims; four yielded no additional defensible venue fact beyond the retained evidence (roles, door, comps and scope).

The October 6 Connect meeting has a returned modification date of September 30, earlier than its meeting date. That anomaly is retained, not silently corrected or used as the meeting date. Brooklyn Venue Selection Discussion occurred October 9 Eastern and Brunch Event Venue Planning October 7 Eastern, despite their UTC calendar dates being the following day.

Remaining limits

No transcript in this specific discovery set remains unfetched. This is not an account-wide Wispr search or an attachment/audio audit; additional meetings could exist outside the saved query. Speaker-number identities, the precise SAINT room allocation and capacity, the DL share/food basis, James’s unnamed future venue/location, Lucky’s precise address/branch and held date/expiry, Ding-a-ling’s address and the House contract/referral basis remain unresolved. Reported visits and internal preferences do not establish agreements, later follow-ups or current availability. Live NocoDB import/API/UI acceptance remains with the coordinator and is not exercised by this pass.

The later Messages and Slack readback resolves the Tola/Petahjay venue as Ivory and identifies Lucky’s Brooklyn website lead. It also records the independent review dispositions above. The source retrieval counts and runtime provenance below describe this original Wispr pass.

Runtime and footprint

Task task_a7ff1ab51569, dispatch ctx_d11e95d728d8, began in the clean requested worktree at 6f7e564e9902381a2473059f2108e6a60c3661b0, branch altriasagent/astra-venues, origin https://github.com/altriasagent/JustAnother.git. Parent PID 60308 launched gpt-6.1-sol with high reasoning; current rollout 01a15877-355a-73d2-a464-aead0fdda637 confirms that model/effort and working directory. Configuration is 300,000 context / 270,000 compaction; runtime token accounting reports 285,000 effective context. The global Astra default was overridden by the launch; no model substitution or setting change occurred.

No source mutation, NocoDB/auth operation, outreach, event/task record change, server or browser was started. The existing ignored .venv was used only for the authorized offline dry-run and left as found. Source files here are durable task outputs; no scratch script or process remains. The original source snapshots outside this pass stay unchanged.
