Local NocoDB inventory

20 October 2026, approximately 04:10 EDT / 08:10 UTC.

The local instance has no JA venue base yet. A read-only query of the running instance's PostgreSQL metadata found one workspace and the original example base. This establishes the existing shell without requiring or changing a browser session. It does not establish authenticated REST access.

Native object ID Current title
Workspace w77gwnd3 Wobspace
Base p72b69nwez6owwh Getting Started
Table mv832li6icadmay Features

The base and workspace have deleted = false; the table is an ordinary table. There are nine field metadata rows across the instance. These are the complete results from the metadata tables, not an inventory narrowed by an API token. No example record, schema, permission or credential was changed.

The running application package reports 2026.09.1, matching the saved REST source review and capability sweep. This version read does not prove byte-for-byte equivalence to the reviewed upstream source.

The inspection used only selected identity columns:

SELECT id, title, deleted, created_at FROM workspace ORDER BY created_at;
SELECT id, title, fk_workspace_id, deleted, created_at
  FROM nc_bases_v2 ORDER BY created_at;
SELECT id, title, base_id, type, deleted
  FROM nc_models_v2 ORDER BY base_id, title;
SELECT count(*) AS column_count FROM nc_columns_v2;

These ran through docker exec nocodb-db-1 psql -U nocodb -d nocodb. The implementation will create a separate private JA Venues base in the existing workspace through the supported API once authenticated access is available. The Getting Started example remains untouched. Actual new base, table and link-field IDs must come from creation/readback responses.

The October 20 task explicitly authorizes initial database construction and import. Earlier design documents' no-import statements describe earlier grants. Draft summaries retain their draft status; original saved feedback and editable manual notes remain distinct. WOB-86's shared Wob query interface follows the real base and stays with the WobOS integration owner.

Imported / API read-back / UI read-back counts remain 0 / 0 / 0. The next ready work is the native schema mapping and bounded repeatable import code; live schema creation and connected sample proof still require the existing Mac/API access handoff.
