Morning review packet. Evidence updated through 07:20 EDT / 11:20 UTC; the lead remains available through the 07:30 EDT / 11:30 UTC cutoff.
The domain foundation, runtime Wispr access and Squeaky upgrades have reached the Mac. The social collectors and their application integration are installed; their schedules remain held. Meeting capture is installed on demand. The venue history and importer are prepared, but the real NocoDB base is blocked on a Mac-authenticated session. JR's overhaul and JA's memory seed remain proposals, as requested.
This is Astra's evidence packet. Astra (also called root in the technical record) is this Codex lead and edits this packet. A means the Claude desktop application lead, who publishes the consolidated morning page, maintains both global CURRENT pages and operates WobOS installs and launchd. The living record preserves the detailed checkpoints and restart instructions.
| Work | Built and reviewed | Merged / installed | What was actually observed |
|---|---|---|---|
| WOB-114: separate domain work and craft | Domain identity, source permissions, dedicated craft and return checks. Independent review and focused checks recorded on PR312. | Merged and installed in WobOS 8972cd5. |
An isolated real Apple-domain run used two distinct Works, saved/recalled craft, refused the wrong domain before a provider call and held a revoked return. Its cleanup assertion failed on timing; a later readback found the workspace gone. The live proof preceded the final PATH/notice repair; later focused checks support that repair. Production memory stayed off. |
| WOB-115/116: remaining domains and boundary review | Six domains, Apple plus five remaining, and the boundary walkthrough. | PR320 merged at 8a46799, installed at 05:21 with the receipt read directly. Boundary activation remains held. |
Component checks and actual LSP passed. WOB-138 reproduces label-based admission failures. A has disposed this as an evidence-only draft and owns the choice about a real helper boundary; no core fix or merge is authorized for that draft. |
| WOB-117: one month of Messages/Instagram, then changes | Messages is carried by PR310, with the retained-item repair in PR328 and its pre-install follow-up in PR330. Instagram is merged in toolington PR14. A's restricted-profile PR321 remains separate. | WobOS 2043813 installed at 06:56:50. Instagram selector promoted to 0.2.0-f5d644f at 06:58:44; module/source comparison passed. Both timers remain off. |
Real producers read read/unread and incoming/outgoing history. Consumer proofs covered part of the month across runs. The final digest can omit some conversations' notes with a partial-coverage notice. Complete interpretation, retained obligations, normal digest/update behavior and recurring cost remain open. |
| WOB-118/119: digest corrections, cancellation and manual progress | Reviewed components cover exact draft revisions, retained older cancel targets, source reconciliation and the five-minute behavior. | PR323/333 installed at 06:56; PR334's honest-notice repair installed at 07:03 in 029e310. |
Focused component checks and actual LSP passed. The verified self-only phone proof remains open. PR335's false-hold-notice repair is posted at 9b72f1a4d0968d5627ad4b68c157a07e8d61e232, CI green, but agent review/merge/install remain open before activation. No outreach was sent by Astra. |
| WOB-120: unattended Wispr access | Supported authenticated runtime transport, source allowlist and access-check job. Done; rendered proof and limits. | PR309 merged and installed. | The actual command, using isolated state and a tracing wrapper, read 25 meeting metadata entries and 2,000 source characters in 18.680 seconds. The wrapper switched output from json to stream-json and added verbose tracing/no-session-persistence. One unlisted operation was refused. An uninstrumented JSON-output launch, launchd, token refresh, expired-grant handling and the Codex route remain unproved. |
| WOB-121: new or changed meeting capture | Reviewed capture component retains source versus personal-debrief attribution and only advances after filing/readback. The established-home chooser is merged in PR329. | PR318's on-demand adapter installed at 05:31. PR329's chooser installed in the 06:56 window, with no caller yet. | Haiku checked 99 capture tests, or 115 including Wispr capture tests, at 43fcd00; its handoff on WOB-121 records that scope. A's separate Sonnet review later ran 131 capture tests. Filing proof remains historical scratch replay; new/revised/debrief filing through the normal path is open. No capture schedule was enabled. |
| WOB-86: initial venue database | Source extraction, eleven-table schema and repeatable importer. Details below. | JA PR81 merged as 8a2dd6c. No live base or import. |
Source retrieval, reconciliation, 29 focused offline import/rerun checks and actual LSP. Imported/API/native-UI readback counts remain 0/0/0. |
| WOB-75 and JA seed/collectors | Implementable JR spec, six tickets, exact seed proposal and a local source collector. | JA PR79 and its delivery-readback correction PR80 merged to zoovie. |
The collector was exercised on real local roster/minutes and a labeled debrief fixture. No JR deployment or production seed write. |
| Squeaky WOB-81/92 | Four active slots, uncapped waiting, direct WobOS dependency upkeep and the sole install-window path. | PR16 and PR17 merged and installed. SDK job enabled. | Settings and timer readback show the first-slot wait. No SDK upgrade run has fired. |
| Squeaky WOB-14/25/53 | Lifecycle and maintenance routing evidence reconciled; four verified owner mappings added in agent-setup PR124. | Four mappings installed in agent-setup 25af31a, with source and counts read back directly. |
A real Fable run hit a provider 429 before its first tool action, paused, then was cancelled with process exit verified. The new owner mappings passed isolated actual-command routing checks; no new maintenance jobs were submitted. |
PR81 merged at
8a2dd6c9460f235d36033c52b000fa130e4e47a3, from reviewed head
55dcbd86590d50a6e32be865c22eda9688e8da0c. Its source package and coverage live in
JustAnother's initial-base folder.
The integrated data passed the focused checks and independent source review.
The permanent disposition
records what was repaired and what remains unverified. A six-chapter guided review
with the full local diff is filed in Plannotator Inbox.
The current plan contains 1,009 records and 1,481 links: 124 venue identities/leads, 48 spaces, 58 people, 11 organizations, 22 event contexts, 117 pursuits, 48 offers, 14 activities, 463 evidence rows, 86 connections and 18 saved-feedback records. The venue total includes historical references, unresolved identities and research leads; it is not 124 contacted or booked venues.
All 51 provisional queue entries are mapped. The original 12 feedback objects and 19,505 UTF-8 bytes remain unchanged. Six exact owner quotes bring the total to 20,738 bytes. All 20 full Wispr transcripts in the saved discovery set are retained, with generated notes separate. Coverage also includes historical event and venue records, 38 relevant historical Gmail threads, the saved Brunchin mail, the fetched group conversation and selected Slack history. The coverage report distinguishes interpreted sources, discovery metadata, unopened attachments and incomplete broader searches.
The final source pass exhausted its chosen Messages and Slack queries and read the relevant bounded conversations. It connects Tola's venue to Ivory and the August 8 Dyckman proposal to The Hudson. Lucky's has a Brooklyn website lead and a dated soft-hold account; its exact branch and held date remain unresolved. El Coco's branch is still unknown. A reported proposal or hold is not recorded as a confirmed booking.
The importer keeps stable dataset keys, dated and conflicting claims, complete source records, separate saved feedback and an editable My notes field it never writes. A rerun adds missing links rather than replacing manual links. Duplicate keys or an unresolved write stop the import before a retry. Its reviewed offline checks pass 29 cases, including a full simulated rerun and manual-data preservation. The disposable Monarch sample plans 44 records and 60 links.
The running NocoDB package reports 2026.09.1. A read-only local metadata inventory at
approximately 04:10 EDT found workspace w77gwnd3 (Wobspace), the original Getting Started
base p72b69nwez6owwh and its Features table. It found no JA venue base.
This was not authenticated REST proof. The inventory must be refreshed in the authenticated native UI and matched to
the API view before creation, because an API token can see only some bases.
The example base remains untouched.
Toberton's phone sign-in does not authenticate Chrome on the Mac. A fresh 06:44 read found the Mac tab still at sign-in with its password empty; no login attempt was made. The remaining access request is in the established NocoDB Inbox thread. Once access is ready, the next step is the labeled disposable sample, native API/UI readback, an unchanged rerun and manual-preservation rehearsal. Only then does the genuine sourced import run. Wob's small query interface follows that real base.
The JR spec compares what WobOS can keep, what needs extending and what replaces the retired JR watcher. It covers multiple speakers, one Work across threads, queued input, audience changes, restart and uncertain outward actions. It reuses the settled WOB-72 permissions. Slack's acknowledgment timing, audience race and List-write race are explicit implementation acceptance points.
WOB-129 through WOB-134 are filed with dependencies. They are future implementation work, not a running JR replacement. The guided review and audience-change visual are in the existing JR/seed Plannotator Inbox thread.
The seed proposal
contains 10 proposed card strings and 9 conclusions for justanother in
captain, plus five held restricted candidates, two inferences and 23 exclusions.
Each exact string has source/date/audience metadata. Current tasks stay in
their owning records. Audience labels in a proposal do not themselves enforce
retrieval isolation.
The collector emits local review candidates with source revisions, exact line ranges and attribution. Thirty focused checks and actual LSP support the repaired candidate. It makes no Honcho write. Both production memory switches remain false.
| Job | Requested schedule | Loaded / enabled at this draft | Observed run |
|---|---|---|---|
Squeaky SDK upkeep job-c1c590d4 |
Mon/Wed/Fri, 03:00 America/New_York | Enabled on the existing execution timer; waiting for its first eligible slot | No upgrade run. Next slot is Wednesday October 21, 03:00 EDT / 07:00 UTC. |
personal-imessage-review |
Every day, hourly 08:00–20:00 plus 22:00, America/New_York | A's post-install readback at 06:57 reports no loaded job, disable entry or legacy captain label. Activation is held for the first-sweep choice. | Earlier normal-entry partial-month runs are evidence. The first possible scheduled hour, 08:00 EDT today, falls after the 07:30 cutoff. |
personal-instagram-review |
Every hour | Same post-install absence from launchd. The reviewed collector is selected and locally read back. | No new-collector normal-entry proof after promotion and no timer-fired claim. The October 20 activation request supersedes the saved September 17 hold; its old config note is historical, not the current launchd state. |
ja-instagram-review |
On demand | On-demand hold retained | No scheduled run requested. |
The installed job definitions were read directly at 07:04. Messages uses a model-free changed-packet gate, then bounded batch turns and one final result; unchanged retained threads do not start a model turn. Phone delivery remains subject to quiet hours. Instagram's saved delivery target is the results log only, and its hourly setting is a 3,600-second interval rather than an on-the-hour calendar trigger. Neither has a loaded command while held.
The Squeaky lifecycle run job-bd6e5fa7 is separate from SDK upkeep. It started
the required Fable 5.1/xhigh process, encountered a provider 429 before tools,
paused and was cancelled. Resume, correction and completion remain unverified.
There was no silent model substitution or repeated launch.
A's first-month Messages estimate is $70–95, about ten runs and up to ten
texts to Toberton. It is a projection from the PR budget and two bounded real
runs, not the measured cost of a completed sweep. Steady-state cost is unknown,
and A's retained-item repair may change the estimate. The corrected activation
question is q-b8f276ea, thread msg_01M5C0DSGEW1JT9CN4KP98P3XJ,
message msg_01M5CEX11JQR7JRNHY545CQ4SN, read directly at 06:52.
The older cost/install question q-c5720d83 is withdrawn. There is no default
answer. The new Messages collector includes read and unread conversations in
both directions, then interpretation proceeds in batches. That does not promise
an exhaustive final digest: A reports that a synthetic 213-conversation month
left 53 conversations' notes out with an explicit partial-coverage notice.
Instagram has no measured new-collector cost projection.
A verified that installing reviewed code does not start either catch job: only their launchd entries start them. A retained the existing holds for the genuine cost choice, cancelled its proposed 06:45 timer and completed code installations at 06:56:50 and 07:03:13. The proposed fallback was A's suggestion, not a choice Toberton made. A's notice-retry PR335 remains a separate pre-activation dependency, and A has stated there will be no further install window tonight.
The latest directly inspected WobOS receipt installed
029e310338acc56071dec64602370ed418f6fe40, finishing at 07:03:13 EDT:
~/.local/state/WobOS/phone/install-window/runs/20261020T110151Z-36135/result.json.
It reports two commits from 2043813, exit 0, installed/running_new and unchanged
carried settings. The preceding window 20261020T105529Z-27704 installed
2043813 at 06:56:50, with 48 commits from f66d4f2. A reports the resident
revision and moving heartbeat. The resident, uncommitted settings retain
revision 7 and both memory flags false; the committed settings file's routing
revision is 6. Astra read both result receipts directly.
The preceding capture window installed f66d4f2 at 05:31:37, receipt
20261020T093017Z-23597.
The preceding domain window installed 8a467995c130d07a31904c30ef63a0df7b36a3a0
at 05:21:11, in 20261020T091950Z-6057/result.json. Both report exit 0,
installed and running_new. A was the operator.
Root's 05:44 source read still showed routing revision 7, memory.enabled=false
and memory.remote_enabled=false.
The Instagram selector now points to releases/0.2.0-f5d644f. The command still
reports version 0.2.0, so Astra also checked the imported module path and compared
the collector byte-for-byte with merged f5d644f6087e541151c98de9df9cad500e23b7fa.
Its private managed Python 3.13.16 is the recorded WOB-16 exception in the
Python delivery reference. The earlier release is retained for undo. Promotion
made no account call, model turn, send or schedule change.

The live Squeaky checkout includes PR22's final readback
through 1fcf10670d15c8d991e321f8d80b771460fd0783; its runtime still matches
2bc3ad7. Haiku authored the two files, Astra independently reviewed the full
diff and source/status evidence, and required CI passed. The live fast-forward
preserved all three existing untracked .DS_Store
files and changed only the two documentation files. A has now advanced the
installed agent-doctor registry to 25af31a; Astra directly read the four fields.
Maintenance owning_project fields are present for 11 of 32 software entries,
0 of 10 connections and 1 of 111 skills; these differ from general owner labels.
The saved October 19 audit has one local preparer and 29 findings without a
maintenance destination. None of the four newly mapped tools appears among those
30 toolset update rows, so their dated split is unchanged. No new audit ran.
The final normal SDK-job read at 07:09:53 showed queued, zero launch attempts,
no runs/result and no held slot or active turn.
The venue and WOB-138 reviewers are accepted and released. The helper evidence
is draft PR327, exact head
7c8c3435423781fcb2325093d4fc34e3ce9e0a73. Its 27 deliberately unmet refusal
contracts and seven controls are evidence, not a fix; the draft must not merge.
Remote CI is separately red: 28 failures, 2,939 passes, 48 skips, 175 deselected
and 225 passing subtests. Thirteen launcher cases fail before running on Linux
because the draft omitted the existing macOS marker; those are not boundary
proof. Fifteen remaining failures are unmet refusal contracts. The local Mac
27-failure/seven-control result is not the same run. The
permanent CI disposition
preserves the distinction.
A owns social integration, WOB-138's architecture question, the restricted catch profile,
normal-entry proofs and the two named schedule activations. Instagram promotion
completed at 06:58:44 after A's explicit consumer-ready message
msg_95e720e3f4c5.
WOB-138's initial finding is that helpers run a raw shell under the same Mac
account. A token in an ordinary file is readable to that helper, so moving the
Work identity out of its environment alone would not enforce the boundary.
The isolated reproductions show the label-based admission gap. Their direct CLI
cases run with memory off and therefore do not demonstrate real memory access.
A's concrete boundary choice is in the existing Inbox, question q-cd2a2ae9
in thread msg_01M5C0DSGEW1JT9CN4KP98P3XJ, with context on
WOB-138. A's recommendation in that
Inbox question, read directly by the lead, is a separate OS identity/sandbox and trusted admission. This is outside the evidence
draft. Production memory stays off.
A accepted removal of the older per-PR Approve wait for planned PR323 under the renewed October 20 grant. Research/Workspace routing is implementation-ready and queued by A; JR, Instagram and Mercury have their named deployment, collector and WOB-144 dependencies. Concrete access, boundary, cost and permission decisions remain separate.
The actual broader meeting-notes README and JA meeting workflow already name
the filing homes. PR329's pure chooser implements those rules, retains existing
note ownership and refuses ambiguity. It adds no per-meeting human approval.
A exclusively owns the two files again, plus actual discovery of known homes,
filesystem checks, application wiring and real filing acceptance.
Its additional review records two concrete writer duties: validate existing
paths against filesystem containment, symlinks and collisions; and prevent old
scratch receipts from keeping genuine revisions in scratch. An existing_record
result alone proves neither.
WOB-52's backup polling/startup catch-up and WOB-126's mid-send notices remain excluded. Other saved schedules retain their holds. No branch retirement is eligible before October 21 at 22:43 EDT.
Sign in to the existing NocoDB account in Chrome on the Mac at http://localhost:8080/signin (historical Mac link) so the linked sample and real import can run.
Choose the helper-boundary direction in the existing WOB-138 Inbox question before domain memory activation can proceed.
Answer A's first-sweep activation question q-b8f276ea in the existing Inbox before the month-long Messages sweep is activated.
JR deployment and production seed writes remain later steps.
The remaining implementation queue is specific: A reviews and delivers PR335, then performs the verified self-only social correction/update proof and resolves catch-job activation after the existing choice. A also wires the merged meeting chooser into the actual writer and proves new, revised and debrief notes in their established homes. WOB-138 remains an evidence draft pending the helper-boundary choice. NocoDB resumes with authenticated UI/API inventory, the labeled sample and preservation rehearsal, then the genuine import and WOB-86 query integration. Squeaky waits for Wednesday's normal slot; its broader lifecycle and ownership work stay open. The JR tickets are future implementation, and the seeds remain review proposals.
All substantial Astra builders are settled. No branches were retired. Worktrees, source evidence and local guided reviews are retained for resumption. Superseded review servers were stopped; the latest packet/Squeaky reviews, JA proposal and venue reviews, WOB-138 evidence review, NocoDB private phone proxy and handed-off Chrome sign-in tab are deliberately available. A's own processes and the previous night's unrelated review sessions were left alone. The living record identifies the current checkout and mailbox.
