Astra overnight delivery, 20 October

Live lead record. Started 01:32 EDT / 05:32 UTC; stop launching substantial work at 07:30 EDT / 11:30 UTC and deliver astra-morning.md.

Restart from the final checkpoint at the bottom of this file. Earlier checkpoints preserve their dated evidence; the latest one governs the active queue.

Authority and ownership

Toberton renewed option C in the initiating chat on 20 October: routine reviewed changes may merge, and other already-planned implementation may merge after agent review and required checks, then install through the existing cadence/window. This supersedes the expired October 19 grant and individual Approve waits within tonight's scope, including settled runtime-instruction and memory-code changes. New product or permission decisions go to Plannotator Inbox.

Authorized additions: create the initial NocoDB venue base from previous touchpoints; spec JR's WobOS overhaul; propose JA memory seed and collectors; deliver Squeaky upgrades; activate exactly personal-imessage-review and personal-instagram-review. JA Instagram remains on-demand. Memory switches remain false; local settings revision 7 is preserved. JR deployment and production seed writes remain held. No WOB-52 backup polling/startup catch-up or WOB-126 notices. Branch retirement is not eligible before October 21 at 22:43 EDT.

Owner Reserved surfaces and outcome
Astra WOB-114–121, 86, 75 spec, JA seed/collectors/venue base; entire Squeaky repository (9/14/25/53/81/92). WobOS scripts/collect_imessage.py, prompts/personal-imessage-review.md, prompts/personal-instagram-review.md, focused tests. Toolington insta/src/insta/collect.py and collector tests. New Wispr files after supported transport is established.
Claude desktop A WobOS core, memory, worker/run/work/routing/settings/harness/research/web, phone, config, scheduler/install/launchd; AGENTS/SKILL/references integration; both global CURRENT pages, primary project update and consolidated morning page. Sole live WobOS installer.
Claude cloud WOB-127 actions/calendar/calendar_native/bin-act and focused tests; WOB-20/71 reconciliation; named stale-routing docs. Supplies WOB-53 routing evidence.

Shared-file implementation requires a narrow contract to the current writer or an acknowledged exclusive file transfer at a named base commit. No concurrent core edits.

Boundary and catch-activation request durably sent to A's existing run_194997a30fc1 as msg_4b67c88931af at 01:34 EDT; acceptance is pending. Cloud lead contact remains to resolve.

Queue

  1. Launch independent WOB-117 collector and Squeaky implementation candidates in isolated worktrees.
  2. Resolve Wispr transport and NocoDB authenticated access while app dialogs can be handled.
  3. Send 114 domain integration contract to A; implement uncontested files while core ownership awaits acknowledgment.
  4. Venue extraction/base, JR spec and JA seed proposals follow existing local source material.
  5. After coherent candidates: focused checks, same-worktree Claude LSP, exact-head review/PR, authorized merge, A install handoff for WobOS; direct Squeaky delivery.

No slice is yet claimed built, merged, installed or activated by this lead.

Checkpoint 01:40 EDT / 05:40 UTC

Three native workers are active, each with isolated files and explicit acceptance:

Task / Dispatch Worker Checkout / state
task_370323358a11 / ctx_e0cae919609f gpt-6.1-sol high, effective launch verified WobOS implementation astra-117-social, base c15b3c4; Messages discovery/incremental collector and social prompts. Worker verified actual process/context 300000/270000 and no override.
task_0b06747173f1 / ctx_4eb755083e1f gpt-6.1-sol high, effective launch verified Squeaky implementation astra-squeaky-81-92, base 3898c0d; PR16 sole install-window route, then WOB-81 settings/admission. Worker verified actual turn context and 300000/270000.
task_3b55942be911 / ctx_7bbe8e05e0a5 claude-haiku-5-5 xhigh, effective launch receipt WobOS implementation astra-120-wispr, base c15b3c4; owns only transport evidence/contract. Provider availability still judged from actual worker progress, not requested model text.

Briefs are in briefs/. The first Squeaky launch was refused at repository resolution with no Task/Dispatch created; inspection found the registered implementation clone, and the corrected launch above succeeded. No duplicate worker was started.

Orca keep-awake was off; changed through its native UI to Agent, read back Agent · Active. This prevents idle sleep while agents work. Codex app access remains refused by CUA; no bypass attempted.

NocoDB Chrome is at /signin. The existing token is absent. Inbox access request msg_01M5BWZW988J6N4QCPNRNM9Z61 asks Toberton to sign in without sharing credentials. The tab is retained for that handoff. Venue extraction and schema preparation remain ready independently.

A's old run coordinator is a shell mailbox, not an executing agent. The named Claude desktop conversation Wobos implementation status and cleanup was found; the explicit ownership/catch-job handoff was sent there, read back in its messages and observed Working. It was asked to route to its successor if needed. No shared-file acceptance yet. Cloud contact unresolved.

Collector requested the narrow A contract: interpret and retain social_items on existing Work/case owning records, then supply explicit Work ID/case path with chat_guid, message_guid, optional source_at/reminder_id for targeted refresh. Sent to A in the desktop handoff. Existing result-log needs_you/following can be compatibility input; no separate obligation database.

Squeaky worker's proposed repair calls scripts/WobOS-install-window.zsh first with --dry-run --json, then --json, supplies the deployed checkout and exact reviewed target through its supported environment, and verifies the result receipt. It removes its competing local restart/recovery implementation. No live invocation authorized to the worker.

Linear WOB-117, WOB-81 and WOB-120 moved to In Progress with current implementation/access state, preserved acceptance and the renewed authority. Reads included their latest comments. Primary project narrative remains A's write surface.

Next: 114 boundary/integration proposal to A; venue extraction worker after the Wispr scout settles; actual NocoDB access; verify source contracts and review returned candidates. No runtime installation or timer activation by Astra yet. Native goal was already active on this thread and remains active.

Checkpoint 01:54 EDT / 05:54 UTC

A's fresh desktop lead acknowledged the full ownership map at 01:49 EDT, message msg_1f8aa031ef53. Its durable mailbox remains run:run_194997a30fc1, coordinator term_18127378-744c-4373-8099-8d0e60a4bba6. A accepted the exclusive transfer of NEW WobOS/domains.py, tests/test_domains.py and docs/evidence/wob-114-domain.md at c15b3c43886b39e951df8c844cd887155de8cb7d. A keeps all existing core/config/caller files and will wire the component after its API and Claude LSP evidence arrive. Astra confirmed the exact filenames in msg_79c09387b60f.

A expects to send the Work/case representation for social items around 02:45 EDT and WOB-112's disposition around 03:30 EDT. Those are A's stated targets, not completed outcomes. Cloud has no known Orca mailbox; route the reserved WOB-127 slice through its issue/PR. A wants Astra's morning roll-up by 07:15 EDT for the consolidated 07:30 page.

The domain contract and rendered boundary are in Plannotator Inbox thread msg_01M5BXRHYJ4EVNS31E8TBJTS9Z. It shows the proposed Apple identity/source boundary and planned disposable proof. It is not a memory result or an extra approval gate. Desktop rendering was visually inspected; no mobile interactive page was built.

task_9bbfa29707ee Venue extraction/importer brief filed. ctx_72362aab93dd and retry ctx_b190f8e6d9d9 failed at agent readiness before receiving the task; both released through the native recovery command. Third retry is pending on the same worktree, after correcting the collapsed terminal pane. Inspect its existing receipt before any next action.
task_af9f25a15dd1 / ctx_41ed45b5c3d3 Wispr evidence follow-up completed, accepted and released. Original scout ctx_7bbe8e05e0a5 was reused, not separately orphaned.

The venue worktree is /Users/toberton/orca/workspaces/JustAnother/astra-venues, base 8c59dd9a353bfa8c58bfc2a339a58aa168d3fcdd; new Orca repo ID fee9e229-4d26-461c-b025-29a847377577. The brief preserves the dirty main venue sources and reserves scripts/venues/, focused tests and docs/venue-extraction/initial-base/. No database schema/import yet.

Startup surprise: Orca's two sidebars had left a very narrow terminal, and startup reads returned only ellipses. Native UI inspection showed this; collapsing both sidebars made the domain worker ready and revealed the venue worker's idle Codex prompt. No trust, permission or model change was made. The final venue retry uses the now-readable existing worktree. Record the observed limitation if that retry also fails; do not bypass native circuit breaking.

NocoDB's Chrome login URL was given directly to Toberton after he asked where, and its email field was focused. The tab remains handed off; authenticated base/schema still unverified. Claude desktop was also found at its native app-access dialog; Toberton was told where to allow it. A's later acknowledgment proves communication, not that every app permission is granted.

Next: finish worker startup/readbacks, accept Squeaky LSP findings and update PR16; provide A the domain API and social batch contract; proceed with JA extraction while NocoDB access is pending. JR/seed proposals and the remaining I01 dependents are still queued. Production memory and deployed settings remain untouched.

Checkpoint 01:58 EDT / 05:58 UTC

Lead record and boundary artifacts were pushed at 8822303; this checkpoint adds current recovery state. No source candidate has been merged or installed by Astra yet. Next ready lead work: Squeaky final review/PR16, social LSP, JR/seed proposal source synthesis, and NocoDB schema once authenticated.

JR and memory proposals

The isolated proposal checkout is /Users/toberton/orca/workspaces/JustAnother/astra-jr-seed-proposals, branch altriasagent/astra-jr-seed-proposals, base 8c59dd9a353bfa8c58bfc2a339a58aa168d3fcdd. Astra owns new JR specification files; the source-proposal worker owns only docs/memory-seed/2026-10-20.md and docs/memory-seed/2026-10-20-seeds.json. Its self-contained brief is briefs/ja-seed-proposal.md. Task task_e5e674a80a23, dispatch ctx_c2e69afae722, handle term_384ab85e-57f4-4dbd-84e2-d484cb9ed20b; native launch reports Haiku 5.5 xhigh.

WOB-75 is now In Progress for the expressly authorized spec, with the runtime hold retained. The lead read WOB-72's settled permissions, WOB-75's retirement correction, current Work/routing/contracts, the JA meeting workflow and preserved candidate evidence. Both old PRs are closed and unmerged: agent-setup57 at 6795c87b2fec44770b2f57f92fa7c601b9136c78, WobOS264 at cb25c758e6e51eb5fd3e12c4e8f9bd225fe4edaf. JR's old watcher was retired on 17 October; the specification must not describe it as running. Asana integration in that prior art is historical; current tasks belong to Slack Lists. JR deployment and production seed writes remain later steps.

Owner-requested NocoDB phone access

Toberton asked to serve the sign-in page to his phone. The existing Tailscale network and an online iPhone were observed. Added only an unused HTTPS listener, port 8444, forwarding to the existing NocoDB at 127.0.0.1:8080:

https://wobertons-macbook-pro.tail628967.ts.net:8444/signin/

The HTTPS request followed its normal redirect and returned HTTP 200. Serve readback shows the expected proxy and no Funnel exposure for 8444; existing routes were preserved. This task-owned proxy is deliberately left running for the requested phone access. Disable only this route with tailscale serve --https=8444 off when it is no longer wanted.

When asked whether an account existed, a read-only query of the local NocoDB user record found one active administrator account, toberton@justanother.nyc, created 16 October. Only email/display name/role/verification/block/deletion/date fields were read; passwords, salts, tokens and recovery fields were not accessed.

Toberton then reported signing in. The Mac's Chrome tab still showed the sign-in form, and no other NocoDB Chrome tab was present. Phone and Mac sessions are separate; the exact outstanding access ask is to sign into the open Mac Chrome tab (or provide the previously planned API credential through Keychain). No authenticated base/schema read, token creation or import has happened. The tab is marked for continued handoff.

Restart and next action

All consumed inbox deliveries through delivery_25d1471b6b90 are acknowledged. Six workers are assigned: domain and venue builders; Squeaky's frozen writer plus its reviewer; Messages reviewer; JA seed source proposer. No launch receipt remains pending. Next: inspect domain diagnostic and hand back the disposable workspace, accept the two LSP results and deliver eligible PRs, finish the JR spec/tickets, then take the next social/JA collector slice. A remains the only WobOS installation and schedule operator. The private phone proxy is the only new live service surface from this checkpoint.

Access and next step

The Mac's existing NocoDB Chrome tab was freshly read at this checkpoint and still shows sign-in. The phone login did not supply a Mac session or API credential. Its handoff mark is renewed; the private 8444 proxy remains deliberately running. No additional sign-in request or invented base/schema was issued. This access gap blocks import, not the other work.

All deliveries through delivery_9a3d6b12ffb7 are acknowledged; no pending launch receipts. Six active assignments: domain LSP, Messages repair, Instagram collection, Squeaky window repair, JR Slack source review and JA proposal collector. Next: settle A's semantic completion contract, accept repaired candidates and complete their PR delivery; file and independently review JR/seed artifacts, publish the proposed tickets, and continue the next ready I01 slice. No Astra source candidate has yet been merged or installed.

Checkpoint 02:52 EDT / 06:52 UTC

Delivery candidates

Accepted integration contracts

A's final social receipt uses results.review_coverages, an array keyed by original absolute packet_path. Each entry has its own complete/partial interpretation and path-scoped completed/pending/error/attempt/gap fields. A successful same-job row acknowledges a manifest only when that entry is complete and covers all actual batch IDs, even if another packet keeps the overall row partial. Both producers now consume this exact contract. The current producer manifest keeps its flat review_batches; A wraps it as results.packet. Original unacknowledged files remain in prior_collection_paths. A reviews current first, then prior packets oldest first. Producers own their immutable files; the runner must not overwrite them with decorated stdout. No new store or renumbering.

A has launched WOB-120's shared profile/harness wiring. The accepted profile is wispr-capture; an on-demand, unscheduled wispr-access-check supplies the normal application entry for bounded metadata/transcript-range and negative tool-boundary proof. WOB-121 will reuse the profile with its own later prompt/job entry. Scout evidence remains ae35a32909f68a4084f2dfcd2d8af47930152136; no normal job proof is claimed yet.

A supplied WOB-112 disposition PR306 at bdf1b751ec06aa11f98e819032503f0f7a7243e3. Root read its three actual-application dispositions, failed attempts and cleanup/usage record. WOB-116 must use that recall-menu wording and preserve distinctions among natural retention, fixture-backed consumer contrast and local operating correction. A owns its LSP, merge and install.

Root requested explicit next-slice contracts in msg_a5838f223e1f: reserve domains.py and focused tests for 115 while A owns configuration/core; preserve application-selected scope, account isolation and justanother; obtain cloud's current action-interface ownership/base for 118/119. No shared-file edits or new transfer are assumed.

JA proposals and source extraction

JR spec, six ticket links, rendered audience diagram and source review are pushed at a00779df1d4b65fb3301312cb3122afb4d1f9797. Linear WOB-129–134 are Backlog children of WOB-75, with native dependencies and explicit later implementation holds. JR project and WOB-75 narratives now describe active specification work, not an unstarted spec or running watcher.

The Slack review supports Socket Mode, pre-ack durable Work input, current actor/audience checks and existing Lists. It explicitly discloses the List read/write race and unresolved actual app grants/thread-read behavior. No new List, polling service or permission framework is proposed. The Work file is unchanged between the cited c15b3c4 and 8a986ec; no Slack/Bolt dependency is present in that candidate yet. Independent proposal review is task_adc8673dccb4 / ctx_3e11ea57ba79, handle term_e113ea72-edd2-4dad-a020-64e6233f541c.

The local proposal collector was pushed at 2f207d594ce1d47776457ea58531cc8f16b4316e: exact selected source text/lines/date/revision, seven roster Person/Role proposals, actual minutes extraction and an explicitly invented debrief fixture. No service or memory writes. Its actual Claude LSP review found caller-supplied debrief attribution needed an origin label, Unicode separators could skew line numbers, and several Markdown heading/date cases needed repairs. Same Claude is repairing only those fields/parser cases and examples under task_ae32df7d7210 / ctx_2965c97d3c45, handle term_337e038b-c057-40a8-afea-e3039f1beda2. The review repeated unchanged tests unnecessarily; root explicitly corrected that cadence for this follow-up.

Venue extraction stays at 9f7032559ae50867da511c645ae5b7b64b6afc27, 123 identities/leads and 414 evidence rows with the documented source gaps. Imported/API/UI counts remain 0/0/0. No later Mac sign-in confirmation has arrived; no extra access poll or repeated ask. The private NocoDB phone proxy remains running.

Restart instructions

Own run remains run_3e45ccc08bab, coordinator term_59857065-44d0-47e4-90e0-8a6299741378. A remains run_194997a30fc1. Current native tasks are the two social reviewers, JR proposal reviewer, JA collector repair and Squeaky guide writer (task_b4d09de914bd / ctx_c38dc5c20233, outside-repository guide/patch only). Every new Claude launch readback names Haiku 5.5 xhigh; reused terminals retain their verified process. No launch receipt is pending.

GitHub PR16 checks and its local review are the next delivery gate; root owns merge and Squeaky install/config readback. One Plannotator review process is deliberately retained for review. Its PTY session is 14234. No other task server was started. The deployed WobOS checkout now reads 8a986ec; A's matching loaded-watcher/install receipt is requested, so checkout HEAD alone is not reported as a new watcher proof. Keep both production memory flags false and deployed settings revision 7 intact.

Checkpoint 03:09 EDT / 07:09 UTC

Squeaky installed and activated

PR16's exact head 6f5bac7f4603afe1bfa15e78d39d133c6acd8099 passed GitHub checks and merged at a7f7533470b775bde3ef3976484e6bbe923a0ef3. The installed checkout fast-forwarded with no active job, synced its locked runtime without dev dependencies, and the sole capacity setting changed from three to four. Actual squeaky status reports four. The four historical job records and their retained claims were unchanged.

Installation exposed a concrete preflight discrepancy: Squeaky refused unrelated untracked WobOS research and Claude files, although the shared window preserves them. Small Claude repair 38640a3aecd04c84ab95f08b05e016d9026b9529 makes Git report tracked changes only. Three real-Git regressions reproduce the prior refusal and verify the permitted/refused cases; all 55 SDK module tests, Ruff, Pyright and actual LSP pass. A read-only preflight against deployed WobOS 1ab98fbc passed, without fetching, upgrading or calling the window. The stricter existing rule on other tracked edits is retained and disclosed.

PR17 passed GitHub checks, was independently reviewed by Astra, and merged at 2bc3ad715d759aa27a1728fa84d29656f36b1ed6. That exact merge is installed. Private Plannotator reviews for PR16 and PR17 were handed to Codex's browser; both returned queued. Their live URLs stay in chat. Deliberately retained review PTYs: 14234 and 55815. PR16 also has a four-chapter exact-diff Inbox guide.

The existing com.toberton.squeaky.tick remains loaded with the signed Wob launcher, ~/.local/bin/squeaky tick --source timer, and its original 60-second trigger. No launchd change was made. Its observed run count reached 4112, last exit 0. SDK settings now select all-direct-dependency upkeep through the maintenance clone and deployed WobOS paths, Monday/Wednesday/Friday 03:00 America/New_York. The ordinary timer created job-c1c590d4; readback at 07:08:32 UTC shows queued, no held slot, no active turn, no runs and no result. Its first-slot marker is 2026-10-19T03:00:00-04:00, so the next eligible slot is 21 October 03:00 EDT / 07:00 UTC. No upgrade ran tonight. Evidence is in /Users/toberton/orca/artifacts/squeaky-81-92-20261020/activation-readback.json, adjacent status/settings snapshots.

A initially read the generic saved-schedule hold as blocking SDK activation. Astra supplied Toberton's explicit “install and enable the authorized job” instruction; A accepted it and withdrew the hold in msg_d1f28de69377. There is no morning approval ask for this already-authorized activation. A remains the sole WobOS installer tonight; Astra has called no live WobOS window.

Collector repairs and next implementation wave

Both 117 final reviewers supplied actual LSP evidence and concrete offline reproductions. Their prior heads remain component candidates, not accepted installations. Messages repairs address a persistently partial listing page, recent retained-anchor budgeting, reminder reads that must not erase prior state on deadline, empty manifests and stale refresh cursors. The pending-interpretation wake and immutable runner path are A's already-agreed integration work, not new product questions. Instagram repairs address repeated restarts of a long thread after new activity, stale read flags, unsourced cross-job updates, reused-run residue before account calls, and due-item interpretation relevance. Retained open obligations take priority, then unread work, with continuation preserved.

A's accepted 114/115 shape is settings.domains.<domain> = {profile, timeout_seconds, memory: {personal: {...}, ja: {...}}}. Each memory scope holds sessions, write session, accounts and source/output audience. Production admission lists stay empty. Chief-only dispatch stores domain separately from execution profile and derives source scope from the trusted exchange. Helpers select neither domain nor peer; JR retains justanother. A compares frozen and current boundaries before prompt use and delivery, holding stale results explicitly.

118/119's accepted component uses the owning case's current.social for delivered digest/pending intent continuity. Existing results-log results.items and native records remain the obligation sources; the earlier shorthand social_open_items was corrected. The proposed SocialService binds a delivered digest, records contextual interpretation, refreshes item evidence and plans/executes due intent. A supplies phone receipts, actual owner input/revision, fresh source/context reads and its existing timer. The current single-action approval needs an exact set of action IDs, hashes, draft/source revisions and owner-input lineage; the narrow shared contract was sent to A for cloud coordination in msg_e06048c3c78c. No helper bypass of that barrier is accepted.

JA proposals and delivery queue

The local collector is accepted at fa9b0579fabb70adb3d2606da18cc5158ae5edff: 30 focused checks, actual Claude LSP, Ruff and Pyright pass. Caller-supplied debrief attribution is labeled unverified, exact line counting preserves Unicode/CRLF source text, and Markdown heading/date cases are repaired. The examples preserve exact source provenance; no service or memory write occurred. Its worker is released.

JR/seed prose repairs are accepted at 5e5c6c97686928f731ef9f472d6f0e487de430d0. The twelve review findings now have dispositions covering pre-ack durable input, replay/create races, linked threads, explicitly new pending-input storage, List race limits, derived-memory audience concerns and inferred identity mapping. Counts remain ten proposed card strings, nine proposed conclusions, five restricted held candidates, two inferences and 23 exclusions. The entity name remains a proposed seed, not a new legal decision or authorized write. Runtime, seed writes and JR deployment stay held. The reviewer is released. Next: synchronize the affected JR tickets and open the exact-head proposal/collector PR and review.

Venue extraction remains 9f7032559ae50867da511c645ae5b7b64b6afc27; no new authenticated Mac NocoDB session or API credential has been confirmed, so imported/API/UI counts remain 0/0/0. The phone proxy stays running. No repeated sign-in ask.

A's earlier WobOS receipt was read directly: 20261020T063224Z-71779/result.json confirms twelve commits f52666d..8a986ec, installed/running_new, settings unchanged, exit zero. A has since installed 1ab98fbc; that later receipt still belongs in A's roll-up. A owns 114 wiring, 120's wispr-capture profile and 117 batch consumer PR310.

Restart

Four active workers: two collector repair Claude sessions and two Sol builders (115 and 118/119). JR and Squeaky repair workers are released. Native delivery delivery_1da73d48b6da contains A's activation acceptance and still needs acknowledgment after the readback is relayed. No launch receipt is pending. Next: file Squeaky's actual current page/activation receipt and tracker updates, deliver JA proposals, then review the next worker results. Continue through 11:30 UTC; this checkpoint is not the morning cutoff.

Checkpoint 03:32 EDT / 07:32 UTC

Filed and installed outcomes

JR, seed proposals and local collector: JustAnother PR79 was reviewed at 417d3dc6ab41c6ae41ca5de1a9a90d7566bae588 and merged to zoovie as 213dc1f8cdc3a7e40c5a63ab18a33dce91401db2 at 07:29:31 UTC under the renewed grant. This files proposals and a local reader, with no runtime deployment or production seed write. The collector's unchanged fa9b0579 evidence is reused: 30 focused checks, Ruff/Pyright and actual Claude LSP. Independent proposal review has twelve recorded dispositions; the final one-line JR2 correction preserves the at-least-once model-turn caveat. GitHub checks passed in 41 seconds.

All six JR ticket bodies are synchronized to the final head and remain Backlog with their native dependencies. WOB-75 and the JR project now explain that the proposal is filed while runtime kickoff remains held. WOB-75 comment 207b978b-c67c-4488-8d87-f0b1c938c754 holds the exact head, merge, validation and permanent review command. A six-chapter guided review covers all 18 changed files exactly once, with the exact base-to-head patch; Inbox message msg_01M5C3CN0PEGNKAJCA7JZNSF67. Its transient URL remains in chat. Code review PTY 67318 is deliberately retained; Codex returned queued on opening.

Squeaky: installed code remains 2bc3ad715d759aa27a1728fa84d29656f36b1ed6, four active slots, SDK job job-c1c590d4 enabled and waiting for Wednesday 21 October 03:00 EDT. WOB-81 is Done. WOB-92 remains In Progress because no scheduled upgrade has run. WOB-14 and the Squeaky project have current narratives separating installed admission/activation from remaining normal Wob entry and lifecycle proof.

PR18 files the activation record. Independent review confirmed the receipts but found incomplete undo wording. Documentation repair cbc896f now explains cancellation before removing the entire SDK setting, no revocation of an already admitted execution, and the lack of a supported rearm route after cancellation. No undo occurred. A final README alignment is in progress; the final head needs its review refreshed before merge. The installed runtime remains unchanged. Its existing ordinary job profile is fixed Fable/xhigh; this is a product fact, not a substitute for tonight's Sol/Haiku build crew.

The setup registry's Squeaky entry now records the actual four-slot validation and installed/activated receipt. This mechanical registry update does not change instruction loading or require an audit.

Domain and social implementation

115: Sol candidate 121a20a40ede50544c18045fc5d5ea13c9f843bf is pushed and clean. It extends the component to all six fixed domains, preserves public calls and adds domain/source-snapshot binding to packets and receipts. The 106 focused checks pass, with one live check skipped; CLI Ruff/Pyright pass. Claude actual-LSP review is active on the same checkout. A owns current-settings and delivery admission. A released wob-memory-test at 07:15 UTC with an absence readback; no new owner has claimed it.

Messages 117: candidate 985a57e adds persistent listing-gap scope, bounded new-arrival discovery while a traversal is held, reminder-only pending interpretation and prompt wording for stale/partial observations. The final affected file has 65 passing checks. The earlier reviewer explicitly reported stale LSP line positions after formatting, so a fresh Claude session is verifying current-file symbols and diagnostics rather than treating CLI Pyright as a substitute. That worker also owns focused personal Instagram prompt alignment.

Instagram 117: 3f46ced repairs head-refresh restart, stale read flags, unsourced cross-job updates, reused-run residue, malformed source pointers and fair continuation. The 67 collector checks and 77 related checks pass with actual LSP/Ruff/Pyright. A further contained repair now consumes a due transition only when the exact packet's receipt includes that canonical item. Open obligations remain first, unread second; no new priority decision is pending.

Final 117 shared contract: reuse results.review_coverages[].items, already produced from that packet's model batch turns. No new considered-item field is needed. A complete receipt requires same job, exit zero, exact absolute packet path and all actual integer batch IDs; due-item consumption additionally requires the matching canonical item/native identity and an observation at or after its due time. Another thread or final composition cannot acknowledge it. Reminder-only packets need actual review and an exact-path receipt with an empty batch list. A owns transient core.redact_value immediately before model input, while producer manifests/batches remain immutable. Both producers' batching flags and prior paths match their manifest; A owns final runner validation and PR310 integration.

118/119: clean Sol candidate 0254c3d23918bf459aedbbb91e9e0d2af3b7a7c7 adds only WobOS/social.py, focused tests and evidence. Forty social checks pass with real isolated local records and simulated services; unchanged earlier action evidence is reused. The component stores delivered-draft continuity and advisory plans; it has no execute_due. Existing results/native records remain obligation truth. Actual LSP and A's refresh/canonical-write/phone integration remain.

A accepted a new pure WobOS/approval_sets.py plus focused tests at base 1ab98fb, while keeping all existing action/phone/core files. The same Sol is implementing that narrow seam before a combined Claude LSP pass. bind freezes exact action IDs, hashes and draft/source generations to an owner input; check returns approved/cancelled/stale/correction with lineage. Revisions are existing positive integer journal/action generations, not coerced native hashes; A retains native pointers and opaque revisions separately and advances the generation when evidence changes. Contextual reaction meaning is supplied by the caller. A wires the native barrier after PR304's calendar diagnosis and merge.

Access and restart

The existing Mac NocoDB tab was checked at 07:31 UTC and still displays sign-in. The phone proxy remains private and running, but phone authentication has not provided a Mac session or API credential. The original Inbox access request remains the only ask. Venue extraction stays at 9f7032559ae50867da511c645ae5b7b64b6afc27, with 123 identities/leads and 414 evidence rows; imported/API/UI counts remain 0/0/0.

Own native run remains run_3e45ccc08bab, coordinator term_59857065-44d0-47e4-90e0-8a6299741378. A remains run_194997a30fc1. Active assignments:

All fresh Claude launches verified Haiku 5.5/xhigh. Reused sessions retain their previously verified process; the reused Sol independently rechecked 300000/270000 configuration and 285000 actual window. Pending launch receipt PTY 26607 is the Squeaky README follow-up, whose active dispatch was already observed in its heartbeat. Delivery delivery_df95576f1ed3 has been processed and still needs acknowledgement. Other settled workers have been released or immediately reassigned.

Next: accept and deliver final collector heads jointly with A's consumer; finish Squeaky PR18 and a bounded installed-lifecycle check; route domain and social components through actual LSP and A integration; continue 120/121 and 116 when their shared prerequisites land. No new substantial work stops at this checkpoint; the cutoff remains 11:30 UTC.

Merged, installed and observed

Instagram month collector: Toolington PR14 is merged as f5d644f6087e541151c98de9df9cad500e23b7fa at 07:52:37 UTC. Reviewed head f40853cf8510dffd6917cf69be8a9a583cba440e adds only current-main documentation links to the reviewed component 7d85bb8a01eee5f9dc7d4ab00579009b9de74b15; collector, tests and evidence are identical. Required CI passed: insta 3m39s and transcribe 49s. Component evidence is 71 collector and 77 related checks, Ruff/Pyright and actual same-worktree Claude LSP. The earlier live collection remains partial: 154 threads, 637 messages, six completed windows and 149 deferred scopes. No complete month interpretation is claimed.

The three-chapter Plannotator guide covers all seven changed files with the exact base-to-head patch; Inbox message msg_01M5C4HJ4TC4Y1CXCY7D5TZV8Q. Code review PTY 97707 is retained; the Codex opener returned queued. Permanent review/head/evidence are in WOB-117 comment d2b823ee-2cdb-4150-abfe-6de61000d95e; session URLs remain in chat.

An immutable release is built at ~/.local/share/toolington/insta/releases/0.2.0-f5d644f using the existing archive/locked-sync recipe, private CPython 3.13.16 and unchanged dependencies. Its package version still reads insta 0.2.0; the source commit/path identifies the collector build. Its imported collector is byte-identical to the reviewed file. Current selection is still releases/0.2.0. There was a brief new-link selection at 07:57:37, followed by restoration when A's sequencing message arrived. Only version/import/path readback ran during that selection, with no connected call or job. A received the correction in msg_ac0f9b4fc27a.

Agreed order: A finishes PR310's Messages integration/proof, review and merge; A runs the WobOS install window; A sends “consumer window ready”; Astra promotes the staged Instagram link; A runs the actual personal Instagram job in isolated state through its existing skill wrapper; A then activates only the two personal catch jobs. No new approval ask. The old release remains rollback.

Squeaky: runtime remains installed at 2bc3ad715d759aa27a1728fa84d29656f36b1ed6, four active slots and uncapped waiting. SDK job job-c1c590d4 is enabled and queued for Wednesday October 21, 03:00 America/New_York; zero upgrade runs. PR18, reviewed at 54fbdf4f969922438345dece70c611fbed7dae61, merged as d26bf5f2a6223d35b957fdafbd90c415b8aa6881 at 07:38:42. Its documentation clarifies cancellation before removing the entire SDK setting, already-admitted execution and the lack of a supported rearm route after cancellation. No undo happened.

The installed lifecycle check used isolated job job-bd6e5fa7. Its real fixed-product Fable 5.1/xhigh session received HTTP 429 before any tool call, entered paused-at-limit, and then stopped through normal cancellation with no held slot, active turn or remaining process. No retry or model substitution occurred. Resume, correction and successful completion remain unverified. The production registry and SDK job were untouched. Raw evidence is retained under /Users/toberton/orca/artifacts/squeaky-lifecycle-20261020/; its native session is stopped.

PR19 files this result at reviewed head 95289798f40efeca75f2fb0492a1f1eb93de2a86, merged as ec423b73fe7cabe6957cff4f372c1c27bb465685 at 07:59:29. Independent Haiku review checked the raw records and found two documentation gaps; the final head uses the retained paused-snapshot time and includes a timestamped direct process check. CI passed in 1m30s. WOB-14 comment fa66a04c-fab8-4015-83e5-59e354f9f077 records the exact review. PTY 88481 remains for that review; opening returned queued. Documentation merges have not changed the installed runtime.

Domain, social and Wispr queue

115 released to A: final component 093c7a4979a17adf6b98a666ae4dc87378a81f41, code 667cbda61189e840ca863c26474932489d1f6112, is clean and pushed. The worker is released and ownership of WobOS/domains.py and tests/test_domains.py returned to A in msg_75fd2248dcbb. There are 108 passing focused checks and one live skip, actual LSP and clean Ruff/Pyright. A accepted the supporting account key and preservation of the whole packet.

A fresh Work after memory regrant may retrieve prior craft that still matches its domain/account/session/source/receipt. Old Work, its session and late returns stay held. Original-Work receipts must be reconciled after uncertain or post-send failures; a new Work is never a retry workaround. The duplicate guard remains per Work. current() is a local Work/receipt check and does not detect later provider deletion. These accepted dispositions are recorded in both component evidence files and the owning issue. Production memory remains false. A integrates after PR312's Apple wiring and owns the bounded normal-entry six-domain scenario. WOB-116 still depends on that wiring and A's WOB-112 disposition.

117 Messages: final 5abb163 is with A. Its 65 focused checks and final actual LSP are accepted. A reports PR310 repairs at f2b30eb with 37 runner checks; its worker is merging current main and this Messages branch, then running a real batched application scenario in isolated state with phone delivery inert. The collector/consumer contract retains immutable source files, temporary model-input redaction, exact per-packet batch receipts and packet-local item results. Timer activation is still unverified. WOB-117's current description now reflects both collector builds and the later two-personal-job grant.

118/119: actual LSP review repaired repeated digest binding at ec7f2adca09121b32cd83386acd724157545c58f; 92 checks passed across social and approval components. Follow-up cba59626dbf79548ba427f2eee34515f533d2361 rejects naive times and invalidates only the affected pending intent on missing/malformed/mismatched refresh pointers, preserving newer corrections. Its 52 social checks, actual LSP, Ruff and Pyright pass. The reviewer is released. No actual send, phone proof or installation is claimed.

A confirmed successive corrections retain explicit parent approval identity/generation and exact replacement snapshots, each with a fresh five-minute notice. Stale/noncurrent parents are refused. A supplies verified sender identity, native source-to-Journal generation mapping, serialized current-head checks, the attempt barrier and real self-only proof. A Sol is adding the pure advance() operation on the same isolated checkout, owning only approval_sets.py, its tests and a new evidence note. It preserves the original approval and correction chain rather than relabeling corrections as fresh approvals. Its exact contract is acknowledged in msg_45e9c5b6c82b. A malformed semantic resolution can still raise during social refresh; no plan/send is returned, and that limitation remains explicit for the adapter.

120: A reports PR309 merged as a626c32. Its real scripts/WobOS-run.zsh wispr-access-check used isolated state and the configured authenticated profile: 25 metadata entries and one 2,000-source-character transcript range in 18.68s. An unlisted folder read was explicitly refused. The evidence preserves stream instrumentation, incomplete discovery and unproven launchd/long-lived-token limits. This is sufficient to begin 121, not capture activation. A owns its next install window.

121 underway: new isolated checkout astra-121-meeting-capture, branch altriasagent/astra-121-meeting-capture, started at b3b5f624110f2e995c143bc1fae4fe73f197f84e. A accepted the public pure-data contract: select, validate_note and dedupe_follow_ups; existing runtime/results logs and actual filing remain A's. A one-entry metadata read confirmed native id/start/end/modified_at/finalized/has_transcript/share_link fields. It supplied no transcript length, so capture requests start at the native first range and follow real continuation offsets.

The candidate preserves an activation boundary, eligible later revisions, source-range citations, separate personal-debrief identity/date/attribution, manual blocks and distinct follow-ups within one meeting. Closed matches suppress recreation. Metadata alone produces no attendance or missing-notes claim and no nudge. First 49 focused checks, lock/Ruff/Pyright pass; Sol is completing its current-main sync and evidence. Same-worktree Claude LSP and actual new-meeting/continuation acceptance remain. No cadence or production capture boundary is activated.

Other outcomes and access

JR/seed proposals remain merged through JustAnother PR79 at 213dc1f8cdc3a7e40c5a63ab18a33dce91401db2, reviewed 417d3dc6ab41c6ae41ca5de1a9a90d7566bae588. WOB-129–134 remain Backlog; no JR deployment or production seed write. The prior checkpoint holds the counts, collector proof and guide.

Venue extraction remains at 9f7032559ae50867da511c645ae5b7b64b6afc27, 123 identities/leads and 414 evidence rows. Database/schema/import/readback are still blocked on authenticated Mac/API access; imported/API/UI counts remain 0/0/0. The original NocoDB Inbox thread was read again and has no reply; no repeated ask. Private phone proxy remains running. No assumption was made that the phone session authenticates the Mac.

WOB-81 is Done; WOB-92 remains active awaiting the scheduled upgrade observation. WOB-14 records the real provider blocker. WOB-53's routing evidence remains with cloud via A, with no new count inferred from the old 24-unowned finding. WOB-9's stable-release/Doctor handoff and WOB-25's broader tool routing remain open. The Squeaky and JR project updates are current to their earlier delivered milestones; A owns the primary project update and global CURRENT pages.

Both launches are verified gpt-6.1-sol/high, config 300000/270000 and actual runtime window 285000. All settled workers were released or immediately reassigned; the reclaimable-worker query returned none. Run/coordinator and A's address remain unchanged. No launch receipt is pending. Last delivery delivery_affa15b865dc was acknowledged; the inbox was empty afterward.

Next: route 121 and the correction-chain candidates to same-worktree Claude LSP; return exact reviewed components to A for integration. Wait for A's explicit consumer-window signal before promoting Instagram again. Continue the connected domain and Wispr acceptance, WOB-116 readiness and cloud WOB-53 reconciliation. Prepare the morning packet near 07:15 EDT, deliver at 07:30 EDT; this is an intermediate checkpoint with three and a half hours remaining.

Checkpoint 04:15 EDT / 08:15 UTC

Meeting capture handed to A

The 121 component is clean and pushed at cc013e9fd9f9903e09feaf29fe7029f15060a5b8; its Python code is 0aafa5c7e30858e1a86a1a3bb36c0cda9b97fb65. Actual same-worktree Claude LSP found two defects and repaired them: a note could claim a revision the caller had not requested, and title matching could suppress a different known canonical task. The repaired code has 51 passing focused checks, clean Ruff/format and repository Pyright. The final commit is documentation only and reuses that evidence.

validate_note now requires the keyword-only source_updated_at from the trusted capture request. The returned note retains that trusted value. The existing select and dedupe_follow_ups signatures and record fields are unchanged.

Root accepted the narrow runtime seam: A tracks the actual native next_start_char chain and writes a successful Captured receipt only after the terminal source response and successful filing/readback. A partial note can exist but does not advance success while continuation remains. Malformed native timestamps become None with a source gap before the pure selector; wrong Python types remain programmer errors. No new field or store was added.

Worker ctx_83c873ba0d73 was released. Exclusive ownership of WobOS/meeting_capture.py, tests/test_meeting_capture.py and both docs/evidence/wob-121-* notes was offered back to A in msg_c9de2ec5c599 at 08:13:28 UTC. Astra pauses these files. A's acceptance and integration PR are pending. Actual new-recording capture, transcript continuation, synthesis quality, notes filing and installation remain unverified. The last inspected metadata was October 17; an older replay must not be described as forward capture.

Social review and delivery queue

The 118 chain candidate is 9c5d46acf7a8ecca000e8509783755141bbc4a6e, with 97 passing focused checks and clean CLI Ruff/Pyright. Its Sol worker was released after accepted completion. Actual same-worktree Haiku LSP is active as task_35283f7fd61b / ctx_93e01110dbd0, handle term_1d70ab46-d249-4255-b79e-969fcdcd1bfb. Only the approval component, its tests and evidence may change.

The 119 social component remains reviewed at cba59626dbf79548ba427f2eee34515f533d2361, with 52 focused checks and actual LSP. A gets the combined transfer after the chain review. Its shared barrier, source refresh, canonical writes and self-only phone proof remain A-owned.

Instagram still selects releases/0.2.0; 0.2.0-f5d644f is staged. No new selection, API run or timer activation occurred at this checkpoint. Wait for A's explicit consumer-window signal. The final 115 component remains released to A at 093c7a4979a17adf6b98a666ae4dc87378a81f41; 116 awaits A's 114/115 normal-entry and 112 disposition. A was asked for that disposition and cloud's 53 evidence in msg_0e60c731028d. That message mistakenly labeled its time 04:16; its actual send time was 04:10:37 EDT-equivalent 08:10:37 UTC, corrected in the later handoff.

Venue implementation now has an actual shell

A read-only inspection of the running NocoDB PostgreSQL metadata established the full current inventory: workspace w77gwnd3 Wobspace, only base p72b69nwez6owwh Getting Started, table mv832li6icadmay Features, nine field metadata rows. No JA venue base exists. The running application package reports 2026.09.1, matching the saved API/source-review version. This is a local metadata read, not authenticated REST proof; no schema, record, permission or credential was changed.

The new docs/venue-extraction/initial-base/instance-readback.md in astra-venues records those selected identity queries. It supplies the actual shell for a new private JA Venues base while preserving the example. The 123-identity extraction and 414 evidence rows remain unchanged. Imported/API/UI read-back counts are still 0/0/0.

Sol is building the native schema and a purpose-specific initial importer in the same uncontested venue checkout, under scripts/venues/** with focused tests and initial-base schema/import notes. This does not duplicate WOB-86's future shared Wob query client. The task preserves exact saved feedback, draft summary status, manual notes, native links and stable identities. Actual new IDs must come from API responses. Authenticated creation and the linked sample remain blocked on the existing Mac/API handoff. No repeated user ask, login, credential creation or internal-auth manipulation was attempted.

Task task_dadc3e4a7553, dispatch ctx_6470e85e9b66, handle term_1bd89eab-4c2d-40de-a2c0-178e7da006a0 is verified Sol high; root reread 300000/270000 configuration and the worker reports effective context verification. The worker's question about missing Git identity was resolved with the branch's existing woberton <toberton@wobertons-MacBook-Pro.local> identity through per-command flags, preserving configuration.

Tracking and restart

WOB-86 now describes the confirmed empty JA shell and importer work; its shared query remains Backlog. WOB-118, 119 and 121 descriptions reflect the actual component/review state. Parent WOB-5 and WOB-7, plus the useful-briefings and useful-work projects, now explain the October 20 results while retaining dated older evidence. Both projects remain Building. The primary release project and global CURRENT pages remain A's write surfaces.

All launch receipts were inspected; no launch is pending. The 121 reviewer is released, and the reclaimable-worker query returned no orphaned settlement. Own run/coordinator and A's address are unchanged. Delivery delivery_89aae2d11ed2 was acknowledged. Native 50-second inbox wait PTY 27006 completed with a timeout and no message; no wait is pending.

Next: accept the final chain LSP result and transfer it to A; inspect venue implementation against native API shapes; respond to A's consumer-window signal and actual integration results. The NocoDB phone proxy and current useful Plannotator reviews remain deliberately running. Squeaky remains installed/activated as recorded at 04:00, with no new lifecycle retry or upgrade run. Continue to the 07:30 EDT cutoff.

04:17 follow-through: linked project updates are posted as b7713819-645c-463c-91ba-27955072f0a0 (useful briefings) and ad5b0977-72de-45f8-a2e0-a0633b8f7530 (useful work), both at risk because connected acceptance remains. The obsolete PR18 review process for the superseded 21fc head, PTY 15553, was stopped; the current-head review stays available. A second native 50-second wait, PTY 74886, completed with no delivery. The 118 reviewer remains positively live and working; the venue worker is active. No wait or launch receipt remains pending, and the goal remains active through 11:30 UTC.

Installed domain path and its remaining boundary

A merged WobOS PR312 at reviewed head baa5f324fee519d61c5f636387a56289846aaa73; merge and deployed HEAD are 8972cd598ba72e4bc5622a6044c177399d1b78e1. Root independently read window-4 receipt ~/.local/state/WobOS/phone/install-window/runs/20261020T082059Z-13483/result.json: exit 0, from 6c14a9bae312dfca948a75bd16b97dbd0e34ad29, outcome installed, watcher running_new, finished 08:22:19 UTC. The live working copy still has routing.revision = 7 and both memory switches false. Root did not run an installer or touch settings.

A filed PR312's permanent review record and refreshed WOB-114 as Done. Root read it. Actual crew: Haiku 5.5 xhigh for LSP and repairs; Sonnet 5.5 for A's independent review and delta review. The initial review blocked the Apple PATH escape to the broad gog launcher, lost held-result text and misleading notices; final review and CI passed after repair. The real two-Work Honcho proof predates those final repairs, so the final PATH has regression and command-readback evidence, not a new full live worker proof.

WOB-115's reviewed component 093c7a4979a17adf6b98a666ae4dc87378a81f41 is now being integrated by A from 8972cd5. A reserves wob-memory-test from 08:32 UTC for its bounded rehearsal and cleanup. No Astra worker uses that workspace.

The new domain boundary review and rendered card extend the existing mid-build contract. Source review identifies WOB-138 as the activation blocker: the helper can change the environment variable that chooses its Work record. The application checks that record, but does not yet establish that it belongs to the caller. A owns the narrow binding repair and had not started it at the last handoff. No domain admission or memory activation is authorized tonight. WOB-112 is Done with its recorded limits: the shell correction route was instructed; broader prompt rescoring remains open. It is not an all-acceptance-passed signal.

The 116 documentation worker ctx_14ec1f5457a2 was accepted and released. Its two commits were cherry-picked into this living-record branch; root then updated the newly filed PR312 review evidence and kept catch-job rollback independent from memory activation.

Social actions ready for A's native wiring

The final 118/119 branch is clean and pushed at 5f01c7e57241d3d30875663503f73ea50a4771fc. Its new Python commit 22ff563 repairs cancellation naming an earlier retained draft digest and exact withdrawal of an ancestor approval. Six new regression cases failed before repair; the focused file now passes at 105. Actual same-worktree Haiku LSP resolved the new helpers, and Ruff/format/repository Pyright passed. The 119 component remains cba59626dbf79548ba427f2eee34515f533d2361, with 52 focused checks and LSP.

Reviewer ctx_287d78adb296 was accepted and released. An initial release command mistakenly included unsupported --from and made no change; the corrected command returned state: released. Exclusive file ownership returned to A through msg_a31bd3921f39. A must persist terminal cancellation, serialize against the current head, verify native sender and exact action envelope, refresh source generations, and issue a fresh five-minute correction notice. The pure component has not sent anything. Avoid recursive representation, equality and serialization of a deep parent chain.

The reviewer also reported a process mistake: it stopped another Claude session's language server PID 30152 before verifying ownership. The affected parent was 75612, agent-setup session 5299f133-aa69-4f8e-ba2e-34870d04457d. A replacement server PID 34279 was later observed under that parent; a successful lookup is unverified. Root handed that exact incident to A and made no other-session process changes.

Venue importer and access

Venue candidate e256874ab2a5d6cf1fd43c77eee1d7fef4800770 is pushed in JustAnother/astra-venues. It defines eleven linked tables, 930 planned records, 1,218 planned links and preservation of 19,505 bytes of exact saved owner feedback. The original 123 reconciled identities and 414 evidence rows remain. The Monarch linked sample plans 44 rows and 60 links. Sixteen offline importer cases and CLI checks passed at the candidate.

Actual same-worktree Haiku LSP and native-API-shape review are active: task_4f9557f76b64 / ctx_1699d44daf40, handle term_3879696a-d414-466b-8a29-71df827de1ae. The reviewer owns only importer/schema/focused tests/evidence. Synthetic manual-note and link-preservation rehearsals must use a labeled isolated sample base; genuine venue records receive sourced facts only. No live import or auth manipulation is permitted to this worker.

At this checkpoint, the existing Mac Chrome tab still displayed NocoDB's sign-in form. The original access Inbox has no reply. The private phone proxy remains running; Toberton's phone sign-in does not establish a Mac browser/API session. No repeated user request or credential reset was made. Live imported/API/UI read-back counts remain 0/0/0.

Squeaky and pending activation

At about 04:28 EDT root fast-forwarded the local Squeaky checkout from runtime code 2bc3ad715d759aa27a1728fa84d29656f36b1ed6 to ec423b73fe7cabe6957cff4f372c1c27bb465685, incorporating merged documentation PR18/19. Only seven README/evidence files changed; the runtime, dependencies, settings, timer and processes were unchanged. The three unrelated untracked .DS_Store files remain. Squeaky's local CURRENT now matches the delivered result.

The SDK job remains activated and waiting for Wednesday October 21 at 03:00 EDT. No upgrade run is observed. Its four active slots and uncapped waiting are installed. The separate lifecycle proof remains blocked by the provider's 429 before its first tool action; its isolated job was cancelled and its process exited, as recorded at 04:00. No retry or model substitution occurred.

Instagram's prepared 0.2.0-f5d644f release still awaits A's exact consumer-window-ready signal; the current symlink remains the prior release. A owns the normal-entry proofs and activation/readback of the two named jobs. No timer-fired claim is made.

Current queue and restart

Only the venue reviewer remains active in Astra's run. Both native deliveries delivery_64b118f6f3e6 and delivery_2a3fe3b931aa were processed and acknowledged. No wait or launch receipt is pending.

Next: inspect the venue review, prepare its exact-head PR and isolated live acceptance when access permits; hand A the final 116 artifact and maintain the owning Linear records; promote Instagram only on A's explicit signal. WOB-138, native social-action wiring, forward meeting capture, lifecycle provider availability and live NocoDB access remain specific dependencies. Continue meaningful work or native worker waits through 07:30 EDT.

Checkpoint 04:50 EDT / 08:50 UTC

Venue importer reviewed; remaining transcript coverage is being filled

The importer review was accepted at 6f7e564e9902381a2473059f2108e6a60c3661b0, and Haiku dispatch ctx_1699d44daf40 was released. It repaired silent omission of unmapped collections and incomplete relationship endpoints, avoided overlapping native link titles, and added --sample-title so synthetic preservation checks use a labeled disposable base. The final 22 offline checks, Ruff/format and repository Pyright pass, with actual LSP definitions/references/diagnostics recorded in initial-base/importer-lsp-review.md.

Live-base creation, checkbox/JSON readback and metadata pagination remain unverified. In particular, the initial importer follows data next links but does not yet establish the metadata pageInfo pagination contract; inspect that response before schema creation. Current workspace inventory still has only the example base. No imported/API/UI read-back counts above zero are claimed.

A fresh Sol worker is extending the same extraction against the remaining Wispr discovery results, without touching importer code or schema. Task task_a7ff1ab51569, dispatch ctx_d11e95d728d8, handle term_66c7b186-0324-45db-b5d1-f22e36639c96; checkout JustAnother/astra-venues, starting at 6f7e564e. Actual launch and worker rollout both confirm gpt-6.1-sol high, config 300000/270000 and effective context 285000. The worker read the main JA overlay and has supported Wispr tools.

At its 08:43:55 UTC heartbeat, all 19 remaining discovery meetings had been fetched in 27 bounded ranges, with complete transcripts and generated notes kept separate. Dataset reconciliation was still active: Resto versus SAINT identity, tour completion, Ha-Weeda constraints, boat configuration and source-specific capacity/contract conflicts. The original 12 exact saved-feedback rows remain untouched. Await the final head, changed counts and integrity readback before making a new extraction-complete claim or opening its PR.

A's integrations and catch-job hold

A accepted the final 118/119 transfer and started Sol ctx_c0bc5a9f403f on altriasagent/wob-118-119-social-wiring. It integrates head 5f01c7e into the existing action barrier and reaction path. A's target is a reviewed draft plus rehearsal; its verified self-only real proof waits until after 06:00 EDT on A's word. It will merge tonight only if clean in time for its window. No send has been performed by Astra.

Meeting-capture integration is WobOS PR318 at A-reported df8f058, with same-worktree Haiku LSP active. This is A's reported candidate, not root's fresh exact-head review.

Instagram stays on the old selected collector. A's independent PR310 review at 96efd47 blocked the consumer: unchanged retained conversations could keep triggering model turns; exhausted/pruned batch state and memory-generation changes could strand later runs; the oldest prior could win; and the final initial frame could reach about 100k tokens. These are review findings, not an installed-cost observation. Haiku ctx_215c43e77596 is repairing 1–4, and Sol ctx_0440781141ec is preparing the restricted catch profile under WOB-143. No consumer-ready signal has arrived.

A had posted an activation-order question. Root clarified through msg_abd9a4c19b84 that both named jobs and sequencing discretion are already authorized. A can activate an independently ready current path and accurately label its installed behavior; an unanswered order question must not be a new gate. A genuine changed permission/audience/product choice remains a separate Inbox decision. Quiet hours, the JA on-demand hold and both false memory switches stay intact.

A confirmed that its affected Claude session received fresh Pyright diagnostics after 08:33 UTC. The mistakenly stopped language server has recovered, as verified by its owning session; no further process action is needed.

Squeaky maintenance record merged and filed locally

Squeaky PR20 is merged at a5886abc6ac166053aeb564a36b7da5f419f923b, reviewed head 1a7efbede4295d67fe0abbdfbe5f093d79e963d6. Haiku 5.5 xhigh independently reproduced the counts and handoff behavior from source; no blocking findings. Required CI passed. The permanent review comment records nonblocking clarifications and evidence limits.

The live Squeaky checkout fast-forwarded to a5886ab at this checkpoint. Only README, CURRENT and the new maintenance evidence changed. A comparison against runtime code 2bc3ad7 still shows no changes to squeaky/, bin/, pyproject.toml or uv.lock; three unrelated .DS_Store files remain. No process, timer, dependency or setting changed. The SDK first slot remains Wednesday October 21 at 03:00 EDT; no run is observed.

The installed agent-doctor resolves to agent-setup main 6f29239. Its registry has maintenance owners on 7/32 software, 0/10 connections and 1/111 skills. Mapping the saved October 19 12:06 EDT audit through that registry gives one local preparer (gog) and 29 owner-unknown findings. This is not a fresh vendor sweep. The audit expires for actual execution at 12:06 EDT today; no audit or handoff was run for this reconciliation.

Cloud's source record was received through A and read directly at WobOS origin/claude/overnight-2026-10-20-cloud, currently d50122efe78a7828e4f21f86239d756a2512fdec, docs/overnight-2026-10-20/cloud-status.md checkpoint 2. It independently reports 25/32 software entries missing owners, with examples; it supplies no complete owner map.

Four first-party mappings are supported by the installed source records: insta and transcribe → toolington; partikit → agent-setup; wob-launcher → WobOS. The narrow addition contract is with A in msg_9f4a3ee11652, to coordinate with cloud's open setup.json PR122 at 875c9d286f49b5e584d99e45923fb9672f30a16d. Root has not changed those fields. A can integrate them or explicitly transfer the file at a merged base. Other installer/runtime/plugin routes remain unassigned until their candidate mechanism and ownership are established.

Tracking, review surfaces and next actions

WOB-116 is In Progress with its boundary review filed in Plannotator Inbox thread msg_01M5C77YA6Y81RPDKB9DCPB0AH; no new user question. WOB-117 now records the consumer blockers and staged Instagram release. WOB-118/119 reflect the final reviewed transfer. WOB-25/53 now distinguish delivered work from dated owner-map gaps, with old answered asks placed in history. The linked memory project is current; A received exact WOB-45 roll-up text for its owned activation record.

The PR20 review is deliberately available in PTY 18631; its exact-head local session was queued into this Codex pane. Temporary PR-body and review-comment files were removed after filing. Earlier current review sessions and the private NocoDB phone proxy remain available intentionally. The Mac has only the existing signed-out NocoDB tab; entering the known account email offered no saved password and no login was submitted.

PR20 reviewer ctx_e8c969717254 is accepted and released. Only the venue-transcript Sol remains active in Astra's run. The last native wait is PTY 95952; inspect its completion before another consuming inbox read. Include status with worker_done/escalation/question in future native waits so A's readiness signals arrive promptly. Earlier waits completed normally; all delivered batches through delivery_5c3948a4b6ac were processed and acknowledged.

Next: inspect the venue dataset extension, prepare its exact-head review/PR and native linked sample when access permits; accept A's setup-file response and integrate the verified owner mappings; keep Instagram staged until the consumer repair is accepted. A continues domain/social/meeting integration. The goal remains active until 07:30 EDT.

Checkpoint 05:04 EDT / 09:04 UTC

Venue source expansion accepted; importer repair and remaining sources active

Sol's completed Wispr pass is accepted at 10b5d8c6cd7eb9b7cd20da0915f54fc18d086775, clean and pushed in JustAnother/astra-venues. Dispatch ctx_d11e95d728d8 was released before its delivery was acknowledged. All 20 transcripts in the saved discovery set are retained: the earlier DL call plus 19 newly completed meetings in 27 bounded requests. This is complete retrieval of that discovery set, not account-wide discovery or interpretation of every unrelated passage.

The current plan is 990 records and 1,415 links: 124 venue identities/leads, 48 spaces, 57 people, 11 organizations, 22 events, 116 pursuits, 47 offers, 14 activities, 450 evidence rows, 85 connections and 16 feedback records. All 51 queue mappings survive. The original 12 feedback objects and 19,505 UTF-8 bytes remain unchanged; four exact named-owner quotes bring the total to 20,343 bytes. Root inspected the handoff, source caveats, feedback rows and aggregate counts. Root is updating initial-base/import.md; that file is deliberately not owned by either new worker.

The known base-list pagination gap is now an implementation task, rather than left as a warning before first import. Haiku task task_072eb5da807b, dispatch ctx_75d8adc88d83, handle term_30ff0257-151b-41b0-9372-b3dc77bb7350, owns importer/tests and its review notes in the same astra-venues checkout. Actual launch is claude-haiku-5-5 xhigh. It must use the saved vendor contract, prevent incomplete base enumeration from causing a duplicate, retain existing data pagination, run affected checks and actual LSP, and independently inspect the named Wispr claims. Root has observed real LSP calls and returned definitions/references in that session; final acceptance is pending.

A separate Sol task fills the named Messages/Slack source gaps in an isolated checkout: task_d6129c15f02d, ctx_669a16fdbb24, handle term_ce683ba5-4f2c-48cb-ad37-203dfdc77fad, /Users/toberton/orca/workspaces/JustAnother/astra-venue-source-gaps, base 10b5d8c6. It owns only dataset/index/coverage/validation and new source files. Prioritized gaps are partial venue/Ainslie Messages pages, Tola/Petahjay, El Coco and Lucky's branches, and the unnamed waterfront/Hudson identity. It may retrieve and interpret sources, not send or alter owning records. Requested and effective launch are gpt-6.1-sol high; root read config 300000/270000, and the worker must report its effective rollout window before acceptance. Work is due back by 06:30 EDT for review. Source commits will be cherry-picked into the importer branch after inspection.

The original NocoDB access Inbox still has no reply. Phone sign-in is recorded, while the last inspected Mac session was signed out. Live import/API/native UI counts remain 0/0/0. Root updated WOB-86 with the implemented importer, current data counts, exact access gap and remaining shared-command dependency.

Four maintenance owners are ready for A

A explicitly transferred setup.json at e820de8736310ee628e33412d3d01dc1f96876c3 after cloud PR122 merged. Haiku task task_11c600336ec7 completed the four requested mappings at 8ce1784b6b82b0c98b5531bf54a95705a5a3d3e3, branch altriasagent/wob-53-maintenance-owners, checkout agent-setup/astra-53-owner-routing. Only setup.json and maintenance-owner-readback.md changed.

The actual agent-doctor handoff --dry-run command used an isolated home/registry, synthetic audit rows and a stub Squeaky that logged zero calls. All four baseline owner-unknown rows became correct would-submit rows; the existing focused suite passed 16/16. Root cold-read both files. The worker was accepted and released.

Agent-setup PR124 pins that exact head. A received it in msg_96c5f79be998, with review/merge ownership and setup.json write ownership returned. No real audit, job, install or schedule changed. Twenty-one software entries, ten connections and eleven of twelve skill dependencies remain unmapped. The earlier living-branch Squeaky installed-state row remains separate.

The PR review is running in PTY 46084 and was queued into this Codex pane. Its transient URL stays in chat; WOB-53 comment 1e2a6174-6dd7-4ca8-b0a5-9c37abd09e24 records the permanent PR/head, evidence and review command. A's independent review/merge is pending.

Queue and restart

Active Astra workers are the venue importer/source reviewer and the isolated Messages/Slack source collector. All deliveries through delivery_ad00fc9e54f9 are processed and acknowledged; the 09:03:47 UTC inbox read was empty. No launch or native wait is pending. The next useful actions are accepting the importer review, checking Sol's actual context/cwd receipt, and reviewing A's PR124 disposition or collector-window signal.

Instagram remains staged with the old release selected until A explicitly reports the repaired consumer ready. A retains 115/118/119/121/138/143 shared-core work and both catch-job activation. Squeaky remains activated for Wednesday's first SDK slot, with no upgrade run observed. Memory switches remain false, and no configuration revision, WobOS service or schedule has been changed by this checkpoint.

Follow-through 05:14 EDT / 09:14 UTC

Reviewed importer and source corrections

The main venue branch is clean and pushed at 056ab36b6c09c6d6ce15385830324898b2ad6f06. Haiku repaired the base-list assumption at 6aa30ee130395bc572e5e8a357a23d40898b649e: the pinned 2026.09.1 controller returns the whole visible list in one response, not the pagination described by the older research note. The importer now refuses unexpected paging fields before creation. All 29 focused checks, Ruff/format and Pyright passed; full and Monarch dry runs remain 990/1,415 and 44/60. Root read the code/test diff and corrected the saved REST notes and import instructions.

Actual LSP diagnostic readback followed in the same Haiku terminal, task task_85433dcb7759, dispatch ctx_4abd8ce87e8e, at e066192e4cde022ed7ccc5a0d0fae1c84c741b14. Temporary labeled type errors in the importer and test module produced real Pyright diagnostics through the LSP tool. Both were removed, the files match 6aa30ee1 byte-for-byte, and subsequent LSP calls reported no new issues. The notification channel reports newly introduced issues only; the whole-repository CLI check remains separate evidence. The worker was accepted and released. No new suite was run for the unchanged restored code.

The independent source review found a material boat-time error: the dataset had called 6:30 settled, while the staffing call also contains 5:30 statements and a question about 6:00. The isolated source worker now owns that correction, Resto's reported-tour date and the Resto/SAINT identity citations. It also found the reported $6,000 SAINT minimum in the already retained transcript and will correct the review's missing-source premise with that citation. Original exact feedback is preserved.

Sol source dispatch ctx_669a16fdbb24 is the only active Astra worker. Its actual rollout receipt confirms gpt-6.1-sol high with 285000 usable context and config 300000/270000. It reports direct Messages evidence connecting Tola's unnamed venue to Ivory and a dated proposal naming The Hudson in Dyckman; these are worker findings awaiting root inspection and integration, not yet accepted final dataset changes.

The refreshed import instructions require a matching native-UI and API workspace inventory under Toberton's existing administrator session before the first schema creation. A restricted token's missing base is not proof of absence. This settles the token-visibility concern without changing roles or introducing a new approval system.

The NocoDB Inbox now accurately distinguishes Toberton's reported phone sign-in from the signed-out Mac session. Message msg_01M5C9A2KYBBGJGJRZW45R27YM in the existing access thread replaces the old ambiguous question with the exact Mac Chrome sign-in step. Credentials stay out of chat. Live import/API/UI remains 0/0/0.

Maintenance mappings merged; installed source still pending

A merged agent-setup PR124 as 16cfd869b2b06086972678ef50cab25f7c31434a at 05:04:52 EDT. GitHub confirms the exact candidate head and green required check. A's Orca receipt is msg_de922649a335; root requested a permanent independent-review disposition and installed-registry readback in msg_efca87a70e48.

Root directly read the installed agent-setup checkout at about 05:05 EDT: still 6f292391ed543857ff08831ad5005f93da71152e, with all four new fields absent. WOB-53 now distinguishes merged coverage of 11/32 software owners from installed coverage of 7/32. No actual maintenance job has run for the new mappings.

Squeaky's morning documentation branch is pushed at 256c8fdc201542621cb8a057dcf0ede0f25f0c31, altriasagent/squeaky-morning-20261020, in the existing isolated astra-squeaky-81-92 checkout. It updates CURRENT and maintenance evidence with those exact states. It is reserved for the final morning review/PR; it is not merged or installed. The live runtime and first-slot wait remain unchanged. PR124's review stays open in PTY 46084; its temporary PR body was removed after filing.

Collector contract cleared for A's re-review

A requested confirmation of PR310's partial-acknowledgement change at f65170b452e781cad633bd140958a273b59ff894, within candidate 49b285c1d32020bc1ca2159c4eab9845c09f9c7a. Root read the collector, runner and focused regression diffs and confirmed it in msg_c7c013ac84d7: an exact-path successful receipt may retire a packet whose remaining batches are exhausted with named gaps, while the durable coverage remains partial. A missing manifest is owed until an exit-0 receipt names its error. Queue retirement does not claim full-month interpretation or close retained obligations.

Root also accepted the deduplicated 96,000-character final-notes bound as delegated implementation tuning: canonical items and prior open items are supplied separately. Root requested deterministic retention of the omitted-note count in the existing result/meta evidence, because the current marker is only in the model input, and correction of PR310's stale head header. A's independent re-review, LSP, restricted catch profile and install/activation gates still apply. No Instagram promotion signal has arrived.

At 09:13:58 UTC the only pending tool process was native status-inclusive wait PTY 16130; read its completion before another consuming inbox check. The venue push completed. All delivered batches through delivery_1066b4d672ed were processed and acknowledged. Next: accept the source patch, integrate and review the full venue candidate, receive A's collector and registry readbacks, and prepare the exact morning packet before 07:30 EDT.

Checkpoint 05:32 EDT / 09:32 UTC

Expanded venue sources integrated

The Messages/Slack source pass completed at 9d7b832164691e083803df68c0f5bab1c2eaf7c9, clean and pushed. Root inspected the source readback, coverage and corrected Wispr claims, accepted the handoff and released ctx_669a16fdbb24. Its chosen queries are exhausted, with wider account coverage still explicitly bounded. Tola's venue resolves to Ivory; the May 15 direct message names The Hudson for the August 8 Dyckman proposal. Lucky's remains a Brooklyn website lead with a reported hold, and El Coco's branch remains unresolved.

The patch is cherry-picked into astra-venues at 283b0db53b2ffcf62a69f83f1368d7ec53912b8c. The plan is now 1,009 records and 1,481 links: 124 venue identities/leads/references, 48 spaces, 58 people, 11 organizations, 22 event contexts, 117 pursuits, 48 offers, 14 activities, 463 evidence rows, 86 connections and 18 feedback rows. All 51 mappings and prior 16 feedback objects remain exact; two appended owner quotes bring feedback to 20,738 UTF-8 bytes. Live imported/API/UI counts remain zero.

Haiku final integration task task_74bcff313292, dispatch ctx_555151ed376c, handle term_eea558e6-f2c2-4199-9233-9acfc4f4e708, now owns only the test module and three review/import documents in that checkout. Actual launch is claude-haiku-5-5 xhigh. It updates dataset-sensitive assertions, checks the source corrections independently, runs the affected integrated checks and actual LSP, and returns an exact candidate for PR/guide. Importer/schema/data are read-only unless a concrete repair is cleared. No other writer touches those four assigned files.

Domain wiring installed; bounded WOB-138 transfer

GitHub confirms PR320 merged at 05:19:24 EDT: reviewed head b45306394b975ffb1aa5ce79cab1d2a56c61a8fc, merge 8a467995c130d07a31904c30ef63a0df7b36a3a0, required checks green. A reports installation at 05:21; its exact new receipt is still owed to this packet.

A explicitly transferred the WOB-138 build in msg_19dc84a59cc5: Work selection in domain_craft.py/bin/domain-craft and memory_runtime.py, plus worker.py's chief gate/helper launch identity, and new focused tests. Work.py remains read-only; all other shared files stay with A/cloud. A retains design disposition, review, merge and install. Shared-core edits wait for a short design note.

Sol task task_97d7f423483d, dispatch ctx_3595ca73a569, handle term_8b3a8581-9048-487f-be2d-5ec6db8c839e, owns the isolated WobOS-implementation-20261016/astra-138-work-binding checkout at 8a467995. The first launch was refused during repository lookup because the live WobOS path is not Orca's registered clone. No active/reclaimable dispatch resulted; the corrected registered repository ID launched successfully. Actual runtime is gpt-6.1-sol high, rollout 01a158a4-7c2b-7083-9808-66c15e582491, usable window 285000, config 300000/270000. The worker initially quoted the global Astra default, then corrected it from actual rollout evidence; no substitution occurred.

Its initial source finding is a real limitation: helpers have raw shell under the same UID, so an ordinary file token can be read or copied, and shared Work state/code can be accessed directly. A token moved out of the environment alone is cooperative checking, not strict isolation. Root sent the <=30-line design to A in msg_a00ba81b0b42, with the model correction in msg_20705e606a1b. Only isolated baseline reproductions are authorized while A disposes the design. No shared-core edit, memory activation or extra approval framework has been added.

Morning packet and restart

astra-morning.md is now a working packet, with delivery states, source counts, exact heads, schedule distinctions and the one current NocoDB access ask. It will be refreshed through 07:30 and supplied to A for the consolidated page. The existing NocoDB Inbox has no human reply as of this checkpoint.

Active root workers are the venue Haiku reviewer and WOB-138 Sol investigator. Both launch receipts are settled; no tool process is pending. Deliveries through delivery_e02dda15e9a8 are acknowledged. The current delivery delivery_3656a83fa9e2 contains only the already-processed exact Sol rollout confirmation and needs acknowledgment. Next: inspect reviewer output, prepare the full venue PR/guide, receive A's design and collector readiness, and refresh owning Linear records. Instagram remains staged pending A's explicit signal.

Checkpoint 05:55 EDT / 09:55 UTC

Venue package merged; live acceptance still blocked

JustAnother PR81 merged at 05:52:19 EDT as 8a2dd6c9460f235d36033c52b000fa130e4e47a3, from full reviewed head 55dcbd86590d50a6e32be865c22eda9688e8da0c. Required CI passed. The permanent independent-review disposition records the source corrections, 29 integrated importer checks, Ruff/format, repository Pyright and actual same-worktree LSP.

The final reviewer checked that merging current zoovie added only PR80's already-reviewed seed-proposal prose. Venue code, schema, data, tests and review documents remained byte-identical to the accepted candidate. Dispatch ctx_41cb9243ca02 is accepted and released. Final plan: 1,009 records, 1,481 links, 18 exact feedback rows with 20,738 UTF-8 bytes. Monarch remains 44/60. Original twelve feedback objects and all 51 queue mappings survive.

The full local patch and six-chapter guide are retained under /Users/toberton/orca/artifacts/ja-venues-20261020/. Plannotator exported the 21 MB HTML successfully; no external sharing command ran. Inbox delivery msg_01M5CBJP33ZNH4ZVDZTD8A4WYX attaches the guide, venue index and coverage. The ordinary PR review in PTY 68650 was queued into this Codex pane. GitHub omitted hunks for 93 large files; the local-patch guide includes all 381 changed files. This records successful export/delivery, not a browser rendering acceptance claim.

WOB-86 now links PR81, exact head, permanent review, current acceptance and reopening command. It remains In Progress. Imported/API/native-UI counts are still 0/0/0. The last Mac Chrome observation at 05:39 was signed out, while Toberton had reported phone sign-in. The existing precise Mac sign-in question remains; no new question or login attempt was added.

Proposal readback and installed integration

JA PR80 merged at 05:40:57 EDT as 6952752cad3194e8a7c4bc6d7b469cf56fc5d66a, reviewed head 007e998bfb3155642ca64695bb9ec33f48e57e0e. It corrects stale seed-collector delivery wording in two documents. Independent Haiku review, green CI and permanent comment 6288058554 are filed; WOB-75 has the delivery comment. No JR runtime or seed write occurred. Reviewer ctx_05ff8dfa8e48 was accepted and released. Its current review remains intentionally available in PTY 80026.

Root directly inspected A's two new install receipts: 20261020T091950Z-6057/result.json installed 8a467995c130d07a31904c30ef63a0df7b36a3a0 at 05:21:11, and 20261020T093017Z-23597/result.json installed f66d4f23272b9ab50a2edbdf547f9d4f76b05a7e at 05:31:37. Both report exit 0, installed and running_new. PR318's reviewed head is 3d69767f12dfc72dc2a4caa85a349355cd1f036f. Meeting capture is on demand, with scratch filing evidence; a newly arriving meeting through the normal path remains unproved. Root's 05:44 settings read confirms revision 7 and both memory switches false.

WOB-138 remains an evidence draft

Sol completed the bounded investigation at 6eb1356421ce36a39a6889730909196215574b7f, without changing runtime code. Its strict fix was blocked by the same-UID raw-shell capability; the isolated evidence artifact was accepted and the worker released. A's explicit disposition in msg_315cda881253 is an evidence-only draft PR, no merge or core fix, with 116 activation held. A owns the morning architecture question: a real OS boundary and trusted admission as a separate implementation slice, or cooperative mistake checking with activation still held.

Actual same-worktree Haiku LSP review at fdb537408db7ed9bef9e73a500eb7eaf5ba026a5 used 25 definitions/references/hover/symbol operations after locked sync. It exposed fixture wording and refusal-assertion limits. The same proven Haiku 5.5/xhigh terminal is now reused for task task_d90144c18957, dispatch ctx_53f080b7a105, handle term_5563e240-99d1-43b0-be78-d8079211e31e. Its only writable files are the focused new test and two evidence documents. It will require explicit refusal, intercept both provider paths, use a valid lesson and accurately name the present-label control, then rerun the affected checks and LSP. Expected red contracts remain evidence; no runtime fix is authorized.

Queue and restart

The current morning draft is refreshed through this checkpoint. A received the venue, proposal, install-receipt and 138 disposition in msg_1d33dd0d41cc. All deliveries through delivery_19b8a6361f71 are processed and acknowledged. No worker is reclaimable; exactly one root worker is active, the 138 fixture reviewer. No command launch or native wait is pending.

Next: accept the 138 fixture repair and file its draft PR; receive A's social consumer-ready signal and then promote the staged Instagram release; receive A's installed registry readback and finish Squeaky's morning documentation PR. The Squeaky runtime, first Wednesday SDK slot, JA on-demand hold and other schedule holds are unchanged. The living branch still contains the earlier setup.json installed-state row; A owns that file now, so any final documentation PR must exclude that delta or receive an explicit disposition. Work continues to 07:30 EDT.

Checkpoint 06:05 EDT / 10:05 UTC

WOB-138's evidence transfer is complete in draft PR327, exact head 7c8c3435423781fcb2325093d4fc34e3ce9e0a73. It contains only the new test and two evidence documents, against application base 8a467995. The repaired focused run reports 27 deliberately unmet refusal contracts and seven controls across 34 cases. Actual LSP after locked sync, Ruff/format and repository Pyright are recorded. Direct CLI cases prove admission with memory off, while memory/execute cases use local fakes. Refusal-first assertions fail before later no-effect assertions; that evidence limit is explicit.

Root read the actual test-wide conftest and sent one wording repair: pytest's monkeypatches apply in its own process, not as OS confinement of CLI children; the command allowlist also extends beyond the repository. The final head changes only docstrings and evidence wording from executable-code head 53687eaf889b8c6902418306b0ea5da4af4c2832. Unchanged functional evidence is reused. Haiku dispatches ctx_53f080b7a105 and ctx_10205b1dde2a are accepted; the final terminal is released. Every transferred shared-core file returns unchanged and exclusively to A.

PR327 is explicitly no-merge, no-core-fix. Its Plannotator review is intentionally running in PTY 73941 and queued into this Codex pane. WOB-138 comment 89885352-6628-49bd-97e3-d6418f367462 and the refreshed description carry its permanent head/evidence/reopen command. A received the handback in msg_2210b6e88d9d. A's actual architecture question is q-cd2a2ae9 in Inbox thread msg_01M5C0DSGEW1JT9CN4KP98P3XJ; root read that question and updated WOB-116 accordingly. No memory switch changed.

GitHub confirms PR310 merged at 05:51:08 EDT as a104f38b2851bd1fb4596e916a25d114d9cbff59, reviewed head 5feef3429f00a9a235eeec94842f4b49b4cea0df. A reports two review/repair rounds and 2,959 full-suite passes. It is not installed, and A has not given the consumer-ready signal. A reports first-sweep cost question q-c5720d83 and a further retained-item cost repair; its exact message/thread and cost projection are requested because they were not present in the inspected Inbox thread. Instagram remains staged.

Root sent authority reconciliation in msg_8c2cfe423cb5: already-planned PR323 behavior falls under the renewed October 20 option-C grant, so a generic individual Approve gate is superseded; a concrete new permission/product/cost choice must be named. The same applies to the ready non-conflicting domain routing and real meeting-home filing (msg_5da93a61f4b7). Mercury's concrete WOB-144 concern and all memory holds remain.

The actual /Users/toberton/projects/meeting-notes/README.md, approved Wispr workflow and JA meeting skill were read. They already name the broader home, JustAnother/meetings/team/ for team records and meetings/partnerships/<partner>/ for partner calls. Existing project homes win, and the broader workspace links instead of duplicating. The wiring report's statement that no production path is settled is stale. A received the narrow filing contract in msg_4aa47068480a; no overlapping file edit has begun. Capture does not authorize the skill's wider Slack/List/Drive distribution.

A plans registry fast-forward/readback around 07:15 after the handoff PR. Root created a clean documentation-only child worktree at /Users/toberton/orca/workspaces/agent-setup/astra-morning-docs, branch altriasagent/astra-morning-docs, base 16cfd869b2b06086972678ef50cab25f7c31434a. Orca id f3f892d8-6f7c-4e60-87f6-7a5bda15d465::/Users/toberton/orca/workspaces/agent-setup/astra-morning-docs; setup skipped, no agent launched. It will receive only Astra's handoff documents, excluding setup.json and both global CURRENT files. The primary dirty checkout is untouched.

All deliveries through delivery_319da11b6847 are processed and acknowledged. Native wait PTY 64638 completed empty; no launch/wait remains pending. No root worker is active or owed cleanup. Review servers and the private NocoDB proxy remain deliberately available. Next: receive A's cost/filing/routing disposition, take an uncontested implementation transfer if ready, prepare the docs-only handoff PR before 07:15, and finish Squeaky documentation after the installed registry readback. The 07:30 goal remains active.

Follow-through 06:11 EDT / 10:11 UTC

A accepted the authority correction in msg_d1f9d999ec84: PR323's per-PR Approve wait was an older rule and is removed. It proceeds through LSP/review under option C. Research/Workspace routing is implementation-ready but A has queued it for the next work period; JR, Instagram and Mercury retain their named deployment/collector/WOB-144 dependencies. The generic Approve wording is not the blocker.

A's first-sweep question is in its own Inbox thread, msg_01M5CA98QNASVMD1A7TQP0C3BY, question q-c5720d83; root read it. The stated $70–95 (about $80), about ten job runs and up to ten texts are projections from the two bounded real runs and the PR budget, not a measured full-month run. Steady-state cost is unmeasured. A has a retained-item cost repair in progress. Root asked A to verify whether existing catch-job holds can preserve this activation decision while unrelated reviewed code installs; no new control or permission system is requested. The $1 research heads-up is not a standing job budget cap. No first-sweep cost is approved by silence.

A explicitly transferred only WobOS/meeting_capture.py and tests/test_meeting_capture.py at full base b34248e3ce6d6df740c6e2b2f44cac20f09c5870. Sol task task_9bb5b44e84e5, dispatch ctx_2bc6e53388a9, handle term_2e1184e5-d7ee-485f-9da1-d2ea7962b134, owns new isolated checkout /Users/toberton/orca/workspaces/WobOS-implementation-20261016/astra-121-filing-home. Actual launch receipt is gpt-6.1-sol/high; root checked config 300000/270000 before launch, with actual rollout-window confirmation still owed before candidate acceptance. The task is a small pure destination chooser using trusted home context, stable source identity and existing record ownership, refusing ambiguity; no I/O or integration edits. Same-worktree Claude LSP follows. A owns wiring/review/merge/install. WOB-121 comment 16690042-0279-4a9c-8707-641ba45fe029 records the contract.

The docs-only checkout now holds the fifteen copied Astra files from living commit 7f7dcea, still untracked and uncommitted. Haiku task task_1d71a3eab673, dispatch ctx_81f17646a925, handle term_e057d502-150e-4c51-b3d5-71f3d49dd306, is reviewing that snapshot read-only; root pauses candidate edits until its return. Actual launch is claude-haiku-5-5/xhigh. Its review explicitly distinguishes the packet's working timestamp from the final 07:30 handoff and does not run tests/audits.

PR327's remote CI has a separate platform limitation: run 39404756404 reports 28 failed, 2,939 passed, 48 skipped, 175 deselected and 225 subtests passed. Thirteen bin/domain-craft cases fail before launch on Linux; the zsh launcher needs the existing mac marker, absent from these draft evidence cases. Those failures are not boundary proof. Fifteen remaining failures are unmet refusal contracts. The local Mac proof remains 27 failed/seven controls across 34 actual cases. Permanent PR comment 6288512354 and Linear comment bf456f93-02a9-4ea1-96a3-858d4fb4f163 record this precisely. The draft still must not merge; no assertion was weakened and no platform/core fix was added.

Deliveries through delivery_291f658e6b75 are processed and acknowledged. Two root workers are active: the filing chooser Sol and documentation reviewer Haiku. Native status-inclusive wait PTY 24007 is pending; read its completion before a second consuming inbox check. No worker-launch command is pending. Next: accept the documentation findings, commit/open the docs-only PR, inspect Sol's actual runtime receipt and candidate, then hand it to LSP. A's registry closeout readback remains expected around 07:15. The goal remains active until 07:30 EDT.

Restart readback at 06:13 EDT: waits 24007 and 14559 have completed; no tool process is pending. All deliveries through delivery_68aeebeafe36 are acknowledged. Root read the actual Sol rollout rollout-2026-10-20T06-09-03-01a158c9-3598-7572-98f7-baad8d79216c.jsonl: session and turn cwd match astra-121-filing-home, model is gpt-6.1-sol, effort high, usable window 285000. The callable proposal uses CaptureRequest, explicit trusted classification and known homes; existing request.note_path preserves ownership. Both workers remain active, with no reclaimable terminal. The next useful action is their native completion wait and result inspection.

Checkpoint 06:25 EDT / 10:25 UTC

Established-home chooser handed back

Sol's two-file chooser completed at c3c9b40e2015c1e41079486573a67e855e7c3ccb, clean and pushed, with 99 focused checks, Ruff/format and repository Pyright. Root verified the actual runtime configuration described above, inspected the diff and accepted/released its dispatch. Same-worktree Haiku task task_f56d22207371, dispatch ctx_5b395d5a9e5b, ran actual LSP after locked sync and independently checked the real home documents. Its final 43fcd00976e32b79f71b3af30f10b63809fadbc9 changes only two docstrings from the behavior candidate, making explicit that grounded caller classification does not require human approval per meeting. It reports 115 focused capture/Wispr checks, Ruff/format and focused CLI Pyright; the unchanged repository-wide Pyright result is reused. LSP references/definitions/hover worked, but its tool exposes no explicit diagnostics operation and no diagnostics block arrived after edits. That limit is preserved.

Draft PR329 pins that full head at the transferred base b34248e3ce6d6df740c6e2b2f44cac20f09c5870. The chooser returns a stable existing/new destination or a no-path reason, with no I/O. A owns its production caller, partner/project discovery, trusted existing-record provenance, filesystem containment/collisions and real filing/readback. Both transferred files exclusively returned to A in msg_07173e2a6850. The reviewer is accepted and released. Its report is /Users/toberton/orca/artifacts/wob-121-filing-home/lsp-review.md; WOB-121 comment 5f34b6ba-a5a3-4006-8f69-3977a860e6a2 carries the permanent delivery state and review command. Required CI is running. Plannotator PTY 96202 is deliberately available and queued in this Codex pane; that is not browser-render acceptance.

Installation and catch activation remain separate

A checked the actual entry path in msg_3525e11ee89c: only launchd starts catch jobs, the install window starts none, and both named catch jobs have no agent file, loaded job or disable entry. A's proposed 06:45 fallback had been treated as Toberton's choice. Root corrected that attribution and requested the existing holds stay in place for the unanswered first-sweep cost question while unrelated reviewed work installs, in msg_e029b9a1e7f9. No cost approval, shortened history or new control was inferred. A's response is pending. At 06:23 the cost Inbox still had zero human replies. The NocoDB Mac-access Inbox also had no reply; latest actual Mac observation remains signed out at 05:39.

Fresh GitHub readback at 06:20 confirms PR321 exists, open at ef1bd119d6e4aafeb8e32ad96b8ea24978fd2bae, with failing CI run 39399460654. It is A's WOB-143 restricted catch-profile candidate, not installed evidence.

Morning review repairs and current queue

The initial docs reviewer returned findings, accepted as findings rather than approval. Root repaired the restart pointer and current morning account: the six-domain wording, failed 114 cleanup assertion and later readback, PR310 as Messages' merge carrier, PR321 verification, exact legacy-hold versus October20 authority, cost projection and PR327's separate remote-CI failures. Reviewer inference that the 138 transfer changed runtime core was incorrect: it changed only a new test and evidence documents.

The proven Haiku terminal is reused as task task_a847a6157437, dispatch ctx_fac3262a2f62, handle term_e057d502-150e-4c51-b3d5-71f3d49dd306. Its exclusive files in the docs-only checkout are the boundary review, card HTML/PNG, domain contract and seven historical briefs. It will refresh current boundary state while retaining dated evidence, regenerate the card and mark prompts historical/do-not-redispatch. Root alone owns morning/status there. No global CURRENT or setup.json edit is part of this candidate.

All deliveries through delivery_fd019500c0f7 are acknowledged. delivery_161e19a0d829 contains only the current documentation worker's heartbeat and needs acknowledgment. One root worker is active, the document repair; none is owed cleanup. No native wait or launch command is pending. Next: inspect its correction, commit/open/review the docs-only handoff PR before A's approximately 07:15 registry readback, receive A's chooser/installation disposition, then finish Squeaky's documentation and the final morning packet. The goal remains active until 07:30 EDT.

Checkpoint 06:38 EDT / 10:38 UTC

Current authoring checkout

The living record now continues in /Users/toberton/orca/workspaces/agent-setup/astra-morning-docs, branch altriasagent/astra-final-morning-20261020, based on merged main 25af31a9879c28e4c34f57a9a3d208879b253dda. Use this checkout for subsequent Astra status/morning edits. The older astra-overnight-20261020 checkout is frozen at ee86258; its old setup.json delta remains excluded from delivery. No branch was retired. A's two global CURRENT pages and live setup.json remain exclusively A's.

The fifteen-file checkpoint merged in agent-setup PR125 at 06:31:36 EDT. Reviewed head 022671e5ced50ce1aef2d37d7feb55e2366ba19c, merge 25af31a9879c28e4c34f57a9a3d208879b253dda, required CI green. The independent Haiku reviewer approved the 06:25 working draft after all original blockers were repaired. Root viewed the regenerated boundary card. The permanent disposition records the minor historical-footprint tense and two explicit-source additions; those are now repaired in this final-refresh branch. WOB-116 links the merged walkthrough and rendered card. Reviewer ctx_06b09d54a64c is accepted and released. Plannotator PTY 50719 is intentionally available and queued in this Codex pane.

A accepted the installation/activation split

A's msg_519c53e68ffe accepts the correction: the unanswered 06:45 fallback was A's suggestion, not Toberton's decision. A cancelled that timer and keeps both catch jobs absent from launchd, pending the genuine first-sweep cost answer. Reviewed-code installation is planned around 07:10–07:15, dry run first, without starting a sweep. A expects registry advancement/readback around 07:20 after its handoff lands. Root acknowledged in msg_28d03ff529d8 and requested matching Inbox wording and a consumer-ready signal after the window even while timers remain held, so the staged Instagram release can be promoted and read back.

GitHub directly confirms PR323 merged at 06:28:17 EDT from 4c8e804bce7b5dabe251dfec2250dc41a6787586 as 6f5d2673538199712977873a375e4fc9742a2256, with green CI. A's nonblocking review names fixes before installation: stuck-intent hold, uncertain-send notices, legacy thumbs-up guard, the five-minute minimum and prompt-route wording. A's Haiku owns that repair. PR328's retained-item repair merged as b4c7f0004ea563563aa00c2c9eebcaadff14a712; the follow-up PR330 at 3910340a4aa9ea716a04b9741c20a37b0d07f8df was open with CI running at 06:30. These are not new installed receipts.

PR329's chooser has green required CI and is mergeable. A is giving it a Sonnet review; if accepted, A will merge the pure chooser into the same window. Actual caller wiring, verified-home discovery, filesystem checks, new/revised/debrief filing and readback remain day work under A. Nothing from this pure component proves live filing.

Root supplied ready-to-post roll-up and CURRENT corrections in msg_4067f3cede0e. Its internal 06:28 label was a drafting error: tool time was 06:25:43, corrected in msg_c5e66345786d, which also reports PR125's merge. Root refreshed WOB-115 to remove the superseded Approve wait, WOB-117 to record merged producer/consumer and cost/activation state, and WOB-118/119 with PR323's actual merge and remaining proof. WOB-120's description now records the actual application-access result from PR309, rather than only the earlier transport experiment. Its closeout walkthrough and Done transition are next.

Squeaky morning documentation delivered

Independent Haiku review of 256c8fd verified the four mappings and dated counts, then repaired ambiguous wording in only docs/CURRENT.md and docs/evidence/maintenance-routing-2026-10-20.md. Root inspected the final diff and accepted the result at 53d846c238e7e4619b3e0767b0f6f445629c2200. Both review and repair used the same actual Haiku 5.5/xhigh terminal. Dispatch ctx_62147bd3bbdc is accepted and released.

Squeaky PR21 merged at 06:37:25 EDT as 799a683422a36d4c7a873b2172c5ece4efffef38, with green CI and permanent findings disposition. Root inspected the prospective diff, then fast-forwarded the live Squeaky main checkout to that exact merge. Only the two documentation files changed; runtime, bin, pyproject and lock still match 2bc3ad7. The three existing untracked .DS_Store files remain. No Squeaky runtime restart, schedule change or new job occurred. WOB-53 has the exact-head delivery comment; its later installed-registry readback still belongs to A. Plannotator PTY 2681 remains available in this Codex pane.

Active worker and next action

One worker is active: Haiku 5.5/xhigh task task_1794a81f95cf, dispatch ctx_bf636238b0c4, handle term_ed5a6025-d16e-4e9b-af80-bda88489a2ea, in the current final-refresh checkout. It owns only new wispr-access-card.html and .png under this handoff folder. Root owns the existing morning/status/boundary files. The task prepares the rendered WOB-120 closeout walkthrough from the real access receipt, with no runtime operations or tests. Its actual launch receipt confirms the requested model/effort. The HTML is presently untracked work in progress.

All deliveries through delivery_9f9fb97832c4 are acknowledged. Native wait PTY 38946 completed empty; no launch or wait command is pending. No settled worker is owed cleanup. Review servers and the private NocoDB phone proxy remain deliberately available. Next: accept the Wispr card, finish WOB-120's supported closeout, receive A's final review/install and registry receipts, promote Instagram only on the actual consumer-ready signal, and file the final reviewed morning refresh by 07:30. NocoDB remains blocked on the precise Mac sign-in ask; JR deployment and seed writes stay held.

Restart follow-through 06:40 EDT / 10:40 UTC

The final-refresh branch is pushed at f638f57. Wispr card task ctx_bf636238b0c4 returned a candidate with a wrong install inference from stale CURRENT prose and an oversized 1,980-pixel-tall card. Root did not accept those claims. Root directly reread 20261020T093017Z-23597/result.json: exit 0, installed, running_new, target f66d4f23272b9ab50a2edbdf547f9d4f76b05a7e, finished 05:31:37 EDT. The worker's claim that no such receipt exists is retracted in the repair brief. Its useful distinction between LSP at 73cf5bb and final affected checks at 8974ab0 is retained.

The same proven Haiku terminal is immediately reused for task task_9a69ade1d061, dispatch ctx_3e43d9fe4c8c, handle term_ed5a6025-d16e-4e9b-af80-bda88489a2ea. It owns only the two new card files, must use the actual receipt, reduce the visual to one compact card and narrow a universal refusal phrase to the one observed denied tool. The card remains uncommitted and undelivered. WOB-120's Done transition waits for this accurate walkthrough. All delivered batches through delivery_8888a39fb9c2 are acknowledged; launch PTY 95460 completed. One worker is active, none is owed cleanup, and no command wait is pending. Next is the worker's native completion wait, then final card/source review and the already-queued install/registry readbacks.

Checkpoint 06:52 EDT / 10:52 UTC

WOB-120 is Done. The repaired compact card is committed at 91aeb5da8d9f9a3d9a41b2e4100811c52bdb6177, visually inspected by root, and uploaded natively to Linear as attachment 653b593f-af71-4c9c-a289-40613ca9f784. Its closeout preserves the actual command's isolated state/tracing wrapper, 25 metadata entries, 2,000 source characters, one denied tool and the unproved launchd/token-refresh/expired-grant/Codex routes. Actual LSP ran at 73cf5bb, while final 252 affected tests/77 subtests ran at 8974ab0; these are deliberately not presented as the same head. The card worker ctx_3e43d9fe4c8c is accepted and released. WOB-7 and the useful-work feature project now reflect the current outcomes while remaining In Progress/Building.

WOB-116's boundary card is also a native Linear upload, attachment b20af084-e0a5-46e2-bd35-142a3ae24ec2; its existing comment 5939173e-2a7b-4cac-9b8e-cc2a5f547c0d now embeds that asset. This replaces a private GitHub raw-image link without changing the evidence.

PR329 merged at 06:36:05 from 43fcd00976e32b79f71b3af30f10b63809fadbc9 as 164791c81df7508aae1eef7e3bc8145c50948f40, after A's additional review and green required CI. WOB-121 records the merge. A exclusively owns its production caller and real filing acceptance; the pure component remains no proof of live filing.

A's corrected activation question is q-b8f276ea, message msg_01M5CEX11JQR7JRNHY545CQ4SN in thread msg_01M5C0DSGEW1JT9CN4KP98P3XJ. Root read its actual body and unanswered state. It explicitly describes first-month read/unread, incoming/outgoing collection followed by batched interpretation; $70–95 is the projected Messages sweep only. Instagram has no measured new-collector projection. The old q-c5720d83 cost/install question is withdrawn, with no default and no human answer inferred. A reports a synthetic 213-conversation month excluded 53 conversations' notes from the final digest with a partial-coverage notice. WOB-117 now retains that material limit and the corrected question. Root asked A not to call the Instagram collector cheaper before measured runtime spend.

PR330's retained-item repair merged at 06:47:54 from 3a36687e3ca2f05abc55c01485f2606f84c11d71 as 6c311b47a6c380ad757fb0297075930a464b111d, green CI. A's PR333 covers the PR323 fixes before installation and is under review. The 07:10–07:15 window and approximately 07:20 registry readback remain planned, not receipts. Both catch timers remain off.

Fresh Mac NocoDB observation at 06:44 still showed the existing sign-in page and empty password, without a login attempt. The precise Mac sign-in question has no reply. JA PR81 is merged but imported/API/UI readbacks remain 0/0/0. The private phone proxy and handed-off Chrome tab remain available.

No root worker is active or owed cleanup. Deliveries through delivery_cd448d0f7a04 are acknowledged; no wait or launch command is pending. Root sent A the WOB-120 closure, chooser merge, native walkthroughs and readiness in msg_978a7e4c8b4d. Its subject said 06:55 while actual enqueue was 06:52:25; this checkpoint uses the actual clock. Next: review and merge this documentation refresh, then receive A's actual install/registry receipts, promote Instagram only on its consumer-ready signal and finish the cutoff packet. Current authoring remains astra-morning-docs / altriasagent/astra-final-morning-20261020.

Checkpoint 07:04 EDT / 11:04 UTC

Actual WobOS install and Instagram promotion

A's window installed 20438132811cd48f31fc65be0a9dd62cd8a9af53 at 06:56:50 EDT, after dry run 20261020T105516Z-27248-dry-run. Root directly read 20261020T105529Z-27704/result.json: exit 0, installed, running_new, 48 commits from f66d4f2, settings carry unchanged. A reports PID 24562→27967, a moving heartbeat through its 60-second observation, revision 7, helper-photos-haiku, unchanged memory-mode generation and Work record, and both memory switches false. The receipt is direct evidence; resident/PID/hash details are A's readback, not repeated root tests.

The window contains PR310, 323, 328, 329, 330 and 333. PR333's reviewed head is 99f67412a96a018d4ee50c4f71916cd26e4dfc99, merge 2043813, merged at 06:55:07 with green CI. A supplied the explicit consumer-ready signal in msg_95e720e3f4c5. It reports both personal catch jobs absent from launchd, with no disable entry or legacy captain label, and no run. A has one further partial/uncertain-send notice and guard repair under review; it remains pre-activation work if it cannot finish before cutoff.

Root briefly questioned the staged Instagram interpreter after reading actual Python 3.13.16. The source evidence and Python intelligence reference explicitly preserve that WOB-16 exception until its own lane migrates it; root's earlier native acceptance was already recorded in PR14. This was a resumed-context omission, not a new runtime blocker. No interpreter migration was started. Correction sent to A in msg_769871660beb.

At 06:58:44 root atomically changed ~/.local/share/toolington/insta/current from releases/0.2.0 to releases/0.2.0-f5d644f. The installed command reports 0.2.0; the imported insta.collect path resolves to the new release, and byte comparison against merged f5d644f6087e541151c98de9df9cad500e23b7fa passed. Its explicit interpreter remains the private managed 3.13.16. The prior release is retained for undo. No account request, model call, send, timer activation or new catch job occurred. A received the exact readback in msg_e02a4592332b; WOB-117 comment 3a21331c-6c94-4b13-a05a-f6a004df81e5 and WOB-117/118/119 descriptions carry the installed state and remaining acceptance.

Root's 07:04 direct read of installed job definitions confirms Messages' changed-packet gate and batch/final-turn behavior, quiet-hours phone delivery and daily 08–20 plus 22 schedule. Instagram remains results-log only, with every: 1h and the historical September17 hold note. The old note is not current launchd state or a new approval gate; today's still-unanswered first-sweep decision remains the activation hold. The reviewer's suggested unread-only gate sentence came from the old f66d4f2 source and was not adopted.

Working packet review and repair

Agent-setup PR126 is open at d10eab7c11c336b72346a4bf6d28894ea0e4513a, with required CI green. The Plannotator session at that head is intentionally open in this Codex pane, PTY 70314; later edits make it stale until refreshed. Its permanent Linear comment is 237e46c4-ffcf-4714-b402-a93512f51d0c.

Independent Haiku 5.5/xhigh dispatch ctx_8224c56f3a14 completed a read-only review, accepted as findings. Report /Users/toberton/orca/artifacts/astra-final-doc-review-20261020.md found stale social rows, an underspecified tracing caveat, and a missing precise source for the 252-test/77-subtest claim. Root directly read PR309's Evidence body, which supports that final count; the earlier evidence-file table has a narrower run. The packet now carries PR328/330/333, actual installations and named worker roles. Root repaired the PermissionError explanation and labeled the earlier boundary render size. A's additional PR329 review is on WOB-121, including existing-path containment/symlink/collision checks and scratch-receipt handling for the production writer; its separate 131-test run is not conflated with Haiku's 99 capture/115 combined checks.

The same proven Haiku terminal is reused as task task_cfa7e463b4da, dispatch ctx_8acb0561acd6, handle term_ccffa732-3476-4d6d-b2fb-b2051d4b7301. It exclusively owns the two Wispr card files for the tracing/source/permission-layer clarifications and PNG regeneration. Root alone owns morning/status/boundary. The card's installed box will retain explicitly dated evidence so it does not falsely imply f66d4f2 is still the latest runtime.

Deliveries through delivery_09cb268c546f are acknowledged. Launch 82928 completed, and no wait is pending. One root worker is active; none is owed cleanup. Next: accept card repair, commit the combined delta and exact-head review, refresh PR126's review link, receive A's last social/registry readbacks, then finish Squeaky and the cutoff packet. NocoDB still blocks the actual import, and the genuine Inbox choices remain unanswered.

Checkpoint 07:10 EDT / 11:10 UTC

A's final overnight window installed 029e310338acc56071dec64602370ed418f6fe40 at 07:03:13. Root directly read 20261020T110151Z-36135/result.json: exit 0, installed/running_new, two commits from 2043813, settings carry unchanged. PR334's reviewed head 436e2b8bc7a5900d040b45585d393d399c86d5df merged as 029e310 at 07:01:31 with green CI. A reports PID 27967→36604 and memory still false. A says no further window tonight. Its notice-retry PR335 remains open; the reviewed version could send a false hold notice after an owner correction. A owns the repair/day review, and it must finish before either catch job activates.

A advanced the live agent-setup checkout to 25af31a9879c28e4c34f57a9a3d208879b253dda. Root directly read HEAD and setup.json: insta=toolington, transcribe=toolington, partikit=agent-setup, wob-launcher=WobOS; software owners 11/32, connections 0/10, skills 1/111. This completes installation of PR124's four mappings without an audit or maintenance submission. WOB-53, WOB-25 and parent WOB-14 descriptions now distinguish these installed counts from the older saved-audit mapping.

Haiku accepted the repaired documentation delta at 246320dcea1236aeb06607db451220a1058386fc with no blockers, report /Users/toberton/orca/artifacts/astra-final-doc-delta-20261020.md. Root inspected its sole allowlist-wording diff and earlier regenerated PNG. The reviewer directly confirmed PR309's 252/77 count in the PR body, the tracing caveat, current changed-packet gate, install receipt, actual Instagram selector/source identity and recorded Python exception. Minor final wording clarifications are included in this later checkpoint. The morning now explicitly distinguishes resident revision 7 from committed revision 6. A's WOB-121 comment actually calls its separate 131 tests capture tests; that attribution is retained.

Squeaky's final documentation is in isolated branch altriasagent/squeaky-final-morning-20261020, base 799a683, same astra-squeaky-81-92 checkout. Haiku task task_69ddfbe95da7, dispatch ctx_ea6d45a985ad, handle term_ecef805a-1c51-4048-9d0d-13da60f6c9e6, owns only docs/CURRENT.md and docs/evidence/maintenance-routing-2026-10-20.md. Actual launch confirms Haiku5.5/xhigh. It will update the installed-registry account and make one normal read-only SDK-job/settings readback, with no tests, audits or runtime mutation. Root owns review, PR, tracker and docs-only live fast-forward.

The final packet remains under PR126; current committed head 246320d is pushed, while this install/registry delta is being prepared for the final exact-head review. The prior reviewer ctx_7b281dc0087f is accepted and will be immediately reused for that bounded readback delta. Delivery delivery_28b8911ae4ef contains its completion and the Squeaky heartbeat; both are processed, acknowledgment follows reuse. Delivery delivery_3b74edc53d69 from A is already acknowledged. No launch/wait command remains pending. Next: final packet review and merge, Squeaky documentation delivery, refreshed native Wispr visual and the cutoff handoff. No new substantial code lane is being launched.

Morning closeout prepared 07:20 EDT / 11:20 UTC

Use /Users/toberton/orca/workspaces/agent-setup/astra-morning-docs, now branch altriasagent/astra-cutoff-20261020, based on PR126 merge 8c11dd638ae13d5992fc82194b7e07ba76b82942. The earlier final-refresh branch is frozen. The immediately preceding checkpoint's 246320d was the pushed head when that record was written; PR126 ultimately reviewed and merged head 4498c2400c5f7ab395208bad31dabdb422200c5d at 07:16:42. Independent Haiku delta review found no blocker; required CI passed. Permanent disposition: PR126 comment 6289632568. Only the small cutoff addendum and final documentation delivery remain to file; no substantive implementation worker remains.

Squeaky PR22 merged at 07:19:08 from fc17de99dab91f2352e1d0e7b8d4b41d600929e6 as 1fcf10670d15c8d991e321f8d80b771460fd0783, green CI and independent Astra diff review. The live checkout was fast-forwarded after confirming only two documentation files differ. Runtime/bin/pyproject/lock remain unchanged, and all three unrelated untracked .DS_Store files remain. The normal 07:09:53 status read showed SDK job job-c1c590d4 queued, zero launch attempts, no runs/result, no held slot or active turn, and settings still select four active jobs. Its first real upgrade remains Wednesday 21 October at 03:00 EDT (from the earlier activation readback). Worker ctx_ea6d45a985ad is released; WOB-53 comment 4726929d-a142-4bad-b78c-44b95ac230bd records delivery. WOB-25/53/14 now distinguish installed maintenance-owning-project coverage from general owner labels.

Final WobOS runtime remains 029e310338acc56071dec64602370ed418f6fe40, receipt 20261020T110151Z-36135, with unchanged resident revision7 and memory false. A states no further window tonight. PR335's repair is now posted at 9b72f1a4d0968d5627ad4b68c157a07e8d61e232, CI green but unreviewed, unmerged and uninstalled; it remains a pre-activation dependency. Both catch jobs are off. The reviewed Instagram release is selected at 0.2.0-f5d644f, with its existing WOB-16 private Python3.13.16 exception. No complete semantic month, ordinary update or self-only correction proof is claimed.

The current maintenance.owning_project counts are 11/32 software, 0/10 connections and 1/111 skills. The four added mappings are installed. The saved audit has one local preparer plus 29 owner-unknown findings; none of the four added tool names occurs in those 30 update rows, so that dated split remains unchanged. No fresh audit or handoff job ran.

The Wispr card's final native Linear attachment is 88c99344-4a69-4d00-870b-0651f51731c3; closeout comment d86a8cd3-ec19-4221-80b5-3740fba1fa2d embeds the clarified image and exact source. The earlier image is explicitly superseded. WOB-120 stays Done. WOB-121 remains open with the chooser installed but no production writer, and the writer duties are retained. Venue import remains 0/0/0; JR and seed proposals remain proposals.

The final Inbox read at 07:17 still found no human answer to the Mac NocoDB question q-7bccb360, helper-boundary question q-cd2a2ae9 or corrected catch activation question q-b8f276ea. The older cost/install question is withdrawn. A's other stylebook/calendar choices remain its own scope.

A received the ready-to-post roll-up in msg_f434d73d0a6b, PR126 merge and exact stale-promotion correction in msg_80144971a320, and Squeaky's final merged/live state in msg_2e0770f28670. Its consolidated morning.md already links this packet on main. Root preserves A's ownership of that page and both global CURRENT files; the pending correction request also identifies transient review URLs that belong in chat.

All delivered native batches through delivery_e9e6382871a8 are acknowledged, and worker-list --terminal-state reclaimable returns none. Final packet reviewer ctx_ab0294aaa8d7 is released. The retained historical dispatch rows have no live resource and are not extra workers. The cutoff addendum's exact-head review and merge will be recorded on its PR and owning Linear issue when it is filed.

Footprint: terminated the superseded review processes for toolington14; Squeaky16–21; agent-setup124/125 and the old localhost126; JustAnother80; WobOS329. The current packet review, Squeaky22, JustAnother79/81 and WobOS327 reviews remain for morning reading. The private NocoDB proxy and Chrome sign-in handoff remain available. Other sessions' review processes were untouched. No worktree/branch retirement occurred.

Next operator: read this bottom checkpoint, the current morning packet and the native mailbox before any mutation. A owns PR335, catch activation, actual meeting filing and all WobOS install/launchd work. Astra owns authenticated NocoDB sample/import/query follow-through, the recorded Squeaky gaps and future JA proposal work. Keep memory false and resident config revision7. Resume only the named unmet acceptance; reuse the filed checks and source evidence.

Post-sign-in continuation, 20 October, 08:43 EDT / 12:43 UTC

The overnight goal is complete; this continuation follows Toberton's Mac NocoDB sign-in and his request that everything he reviews work through the private tailnet. It resumes venue acceptance and review access, without reopening the overnight implementation queue.

The existing Chrome session is authenticated as toberton@justanother.nyc. Native UI and authenticated v3 inventory agree on workspace w77gwnd3 and the original Getting Started base p72b69nwez6owwh. The browser's ordinary API read succeeded; the standalone importer's unauthenticated read returned 401. Toberton answered the precise credential question with “uunless it is required, no token.” Root recorded why this standalone importer requires the API credential, created the one named ja-venue-import token, stored and read-verified it in Keychain service nocodb-api for the local account, and cleared the clipboard. No credential value is in the repository, artifacts or chat. The account-wide scope and absence of expiry were disclosed in the question; no second token was created.

The unchanged, reviewed importer at JA81 head 55dcbd86590d50a6e32be865c22eda9688e8da0c created disposable base pqi5q8dqu86lbfa, titled JA Venues sample (disposable). Its 11 tables and 24 explicit forward link fields have actual schema IDs in /Users/toberton/orca/artifacts/ja-venues-live-sample-schema-20261020.json. Native Manage members shows one person, Toberton as Owner; the invite-link button still says Create. Getting Started remains separate and untouched.

The 44-record Monarch rehearsal stopped safely before explicit linking: organization:23-meadow-llc:brooklyn-monarch expects an unset Key contact checkbox (null), while NocoDB returns false. Readback found 43 records: venues 1, spaces 2, people 8, organizations 1, events 2, pursuits 2, offers 2, activities 1, evidence 15, connections 9 and saved feedback 0. The only compared-field mismatch is that checkbox. Exact receipt: /Users/toberton/orca/artifacts/ja-venues-sample-mismatch-20261020.json. Genuine imported / API read back / UI read back remain 0 / 0 / 0. No genuine JA Venues base has been created.

The clean venue worktree is now branch altriasagent/venue-checkbox-readback-20261020, based on actual zoovie tip 8a2dd6c9460f235d36033c52b000fa130e4e47a3. A small Haiku 5.5/xhigh repair was dispatched through the existing native Orca run; its ownership is limited to the importer, focused tests and a new checkbox-readback evidence note. It must use actual Claude LSP after uv sync --locked. Root retains sole live API-write ownership and will not resume the rehearsal until the candidate is reviewed. No source data or generic comparison rule is to be weakened to fit server output.

The ready receipt confirms effective claude-haiku-5-5 / xhigh: task task_9ac79321011a, dispatch ctx_23ed556a6d9e, handle term_bef9bf64-95ae-4db8-8419-3e4419f187fe. Its actual checkout and branch match the assignment. Root's interpreter reminder is msg_1752d72e342a; a source-reading command used bare python3, and the remaining commands must use the assigned environment. One private pre-import PostgreSQL archive is saved at ~/.local/state/nocodb/backups/before-ja-import-20261020T124341Z/nocodb.dump (650,445 bytes, mode 0600). pg_restore --list can read it; no restore test was executed. The application's data directory currently contains no attachment subdirectories. No backup schedule or deployment setting was changed.

All current review entry points were repaired and returned HTTPS 200 through the private tailnet. The morning Inbox thread msg_01M5CHAP6X5B3S1N6CWMGPX3F7 now contains the consolidated page, Astra packet, proposal documents, venue coverage and exact-head review links. The 21 MB venue walkthrough also has a direct private browser route because the Inbox classifies that attachment as a download. The user-facing links stay in chat/Inbox rather than this durable record. The request is recorded as decision dec_01M5CMNXCZZYBD49FQFPCJ2FCM. Sign-in question q-7bccb360 was withdrawn in its original thread.

The six Astra review servers and the narrow venue-guide HTTP server are deliberately detached and retained for phone review. Existing unrelated routes and public Funnel entries were untouched; no new public share was created. A's independently restarted code tour remains under A's ownership. Root informed A through native message msg_bcdfd6ca246e; no reply had arrived at the latest mailbox read.

Next: accept and review the narrow checkbox repair, resume the same partial sample by actual ID, prove zero-write rerun and preservation of manual sample edits, then create/import the genuine base and record actual counts. Preserve the primary JustAnother checkout's local venue documents. This status update is in the isolated astra-morning-docs checkout on branch altriasagent/astra-post-signin-20261020; A's consolidated page and both CURRENT files remain A-owned.

Venue acceptance checkpoint, 09:00 EDT / 13:00 UTC

The checkbox repair is reviewed and merged as JA82, head 781f3bcf7bf070d908e97a0374f45cecdfe4e2f9, merge 4701d0eea9dda994a83e04020c4e5840f7f1b3b5 at 08:53:23 EDT. Root's independent diff/LSP review is permanent comment 6291295099; required Python CI passed. The code retains source unknownness and only equates an expected null with an actual false for schema-typed Checkbox fields. The 41 focused tests, lock/Ruff/format/Pyright and actual same-worktree Claude LSP acceptance remain valid through the final prose-only correction. Root inspected the final reference/definition calls directly. Follow-up ctx_6158c20c54de corrected two overstated evidence claims and was accepted/released. Deliveries through delivery_74981a79719d are acknowledged; no Astra worker remains active.

The actual resumed sample wrote one missing feedback row and 60 native links, then read back all 44 selected records and 60 links. The unchanged rerun reported zero records written and zero links added. Native UI inspection covers Monarch's draft/source fields and initially empty My notes, Chip's distinct owner/operator relationship, March 27 opening terms, May 19 agreed terms, June 25 earned share of $4,259.60 separate from the $3,000 deposit return, and the dated/calibration-attributed original feedback. The importer verified the sample's exact 4,662 feedback bytes. Receipts are ja-venues-live-sample-resume-20261020.json and ja-venues-live-sample-unchanged-20261020.json under /Users/toberton/orca/artifacts/.

The manual-preservation rehearsal is now running. Only in the disposable base, root added the labeled note, a Number field My rating (rehearsal) with value 4, and a native parent link to newly created venue row 2 named REHEARSAL ONLY · manual link target. That row has no Dataset key. Native creation did not immediately persist the link, so root selected its explicit plus control and saved; API readback then confirmed target ID 2. The links endpoint projects only selected fields, so the target's Name was verified by its separate record read rather than assumed present in the link response. ja-venues-manual-before-20261020.json retains the actual state. The synthetic source dataset changes only Monarch's summary and lives in artifacts; the committed dataset is unchanged. Expect one source-record update and no added links, then verify manual fields/target unchanged and restore the real summary.

JA82's private review is detached, HTTPS-checked and queued in the Codex browser. Inbox message msg_01M5CP1GW9W8FQMDNJ2AWC7VW5 adds its exact head and private link to the morning index, and answers Toberton's “just the inbox then going from there?”: start with the consolidated morning page, then the existing decision thread; detailed reviews follow from there. The sign-in and credential asks are settled. A's second boundary/update handoff is msg_4c9cd725d254.

Public phone review and partial import, 09:23 EDT / 13:23 UTC

Toberton explicitly requested PUBLIC access to the review links after difficulty opening them from his phone, and noted the companion lead's Plannotator links. Decision dec_01M5CQK60FFRWA1ESDDABHVMAW records that bounded change for the selected review artifacts. Native message msg_66490b01b0ed notifies A and reserves only the additional /astra-review and /astra-venues paths on the already-public 8443 Funnel. Its root still targets A's tour on localhost64713; all existing webhook and other port handlers remain intact. No new public NocoDB or Inbox route was added.

The public reading packet is a rendered copy of the 13 existing review attachments plus A's three still-unanswered questions. It has an explicit current update above the original dated documents: sign-in is complete, the genuine venue import is partial, and A's 09:02 Inbox receipt reports the approved stylebook installed at 09:00 and GitHub Actions blocked by billing/spending limits. It does not treat skipped questions as answers or create a new approval system. The live Plannotator tour and exported venue guide are linked separately. Inbox receipt msg_01M5CQK61Y9TXT9R9T931921T3 holds the transient public URLs.

The selected reading copies live in /Users/toberton/orca/artifacts/astra-public-review-20261020/. Python HTTP PID37165 serves only that directory at localhost53002 and is deliberately retained for Toberton. The existing venue-guide server at localhost53001 is also retained. Native browser readback shows the intended index and all top-level review links. Public DNS resolves to Funnel's Internet addresses; a curl forced through public edge 199.38.181.54 returned HTTP200 for the packet and venue guide. The earlier read of A's unchanged route also returned HTTP200. The external web-fetch tool rejected these URLs as invalid arguments, which is a tool limitation and not evidence of page failure.

The venue manual-preservation rehearsal completed before genuine import: the synthetic source update and subsequent restoration each wrote one record and added zero links; API/UI readback preserved the manual note, rating4, native link and unkeyed labeled target. Genuine base pympviz56av8voh was then created with 11 tables and 24 forward fields; native membership shows only Toberton as Owner.

The genuine import process exited1 at Activity key 5th-mad-game-conflict. Fresh readback found the key absent, 434 actual records (124 venues,48 spaces,58 people,11 organizations,22 events,117 pursuits,48 offers,6 activities), and zero evidence/connections/feedback rows. No explicit relationship phase or final acceptance was reached. Receipt /Users/toberton/orca/artifacts/ja-venues-genuine-interruption-20261020.json preserves expected fields, actual missing-row readback and counts. The text-valued Activity summary mapped to native JSON is a candidate cause; no diagnosis is asserted yet and no blind retry ran.

No Astra worker or importer is active. Root owns the next bounded importer diagnosis/repair and actual resume; A owns shared Wob query integration and all WobOS installation. A's reported CI billing block must be reconciled before a new PR merge. The sample base's labeled test records remain intentionally preserved until genuine acceptance, then its authorized cleanup is due. Current JustAnother evidence and the actual-ID Wob query contract are in the isolated astra-venues checkout; the primary dirty checkout is untouched.

Cloudflare review delivery, 09:39 EDT / 13:39 UTC

Toberton abandoned Tailscale for phone review and explicitly chose Cloudflare Pages, then allowed Workers too. Decision dec_01M5CRFEBW7XPK4M61MQVH9VD8 records that choice for the selected public review material. The overnight goal remains closed; this continuation changes review access, not the implementation queue or production permissions.

The public reading home is wob-morning-review.pages.dev, Cloudflare Pages project wob-morning-review in Toberton's existing account 521bdf9fceb3a9964fb6dbdb1c50485b. The current deployment is 5f436103, following initial deployment 227cd395. It contains 33 published static files: the consolidated overview, remaining decision reading copies, Astra packet, domain/Wispr cards, venue guide and evidence, and JR/memory proposals. The venue guide preserves its original pre-import code review and now visibly links the current 434-record partial-import evidence. No localhost or tailnet service is needed to serve this packet.

Verification: the public index and its 14 unique linked review pages returned HTTP200; Chrome rendered the index and full venue walkthrough, then showed the new historical-context banner and return navigation after deployment. Reading copies take feedback in chat. Deep private GitHub citations may still require the existing GitHub account. A's overview is present; its full interactive code tour is not exported yet and is explicitly identified as pending. Root requested that portable export and sent the working URL/project ownership through native message msg_ccd97fbf6b3b; no acknowledgment is claimed. Inbox message msg_01M5CRGMD7742B9FXJ652V92XM replaces the previous phone-reading entry point.

Published inputs are retained at /Users/toberton/orca/artifacts/cloudflare-review-20261020/; the reproducible one-off renderer is /Users/toberton/orca/artifacts/package-cloud-review-20261020.mjs. Use the existing cached Wrangler4.151.1 executable at /Users/toberton/.npm/_npx/827da23dfd673aa2/node_modules/wrangler/bin/wrangler.js, existing OAuth session, named account above, and pages deploy with the explicit existing project and main branch. Credentials were neither printed nor copied. No CLI installation or account-permission change was needed.

Wrangler initially redirected project creation to Workers and published an older reading copy. Root then created the requested Pages project, deployed the complete packet, and deleted only that duplicate Worker after Pages verification. The generated parent artifacts/wrangler.jsonc was removed. The project is Pages; no duplicate Worker remains.

Footprint: removed only root's /astra-review and /astra-venues handlers on port443 and its private8445 guide route; port8443 was already absent at the fresh pre-cleanup read. Stopped the two replaced static servers, PIDs37165 and2596, after verifying their commands. Existing443 root/webhooks,10000, NocoDB8444, Inbox, and review-session handlers are preserved. The Cloudflare index tab is retained for Toberton; the root-created export-attempt and obsolete reading tabs are closed. Detached local exact-head review sessions remain deliberately available for the existing local annotation workflow; they are no longer the public phone entry point.

No worker or importer is active. Ready: collect A's portable tour when supplied and publish it through this same project. Separate venue work still needs the bounded Activity-write diagnosis and CI availability before reviewed repair/resume. Current records remain 434 with no completed explicit relationship phase. Keep memory false and resident revision7. Restart by reading this checkpoint and the Orca mailbox; do not resume the importer solely because review hosting is fixed.
